AWESOME doesnt even begin to describe the new chairs at Noble. In fact I think they are the only ones in MV with them. I was so impressed with Rosie the nail technician and Olivia the waxer. I had been here 2-3 times previous on the recommendation of my physical therapist. She just raved about how wonderful Rosie was with ingrowns and man was she right Rosie is a PRO.... She also gives one of the best foot and leg massages I have ever had!! After trying places all over the valley including Strawberry Nails which is more than a 30 minute drive for me it is wonderful to have Noble less than 5 minutes from my house. I hope Rosie never goes anywhere. Olivia is also one of the best waxers. She doesnt stop until that hair is gone. I often to dont have time to go as often as I should with my two little monkeys. Plus it is practically painless. Never have I had such a good wax at a nail salon. Lastly, all the girls are so sweet. Van is always smiling. Everyone stops to talk to you for a moment and say hi. Chairs don't have massagers. They did not accommodate our party even though we made reservations and were promised to take care of us. Waited over an hour to get started on! People only speak in Vietnamese, as you could tell they're talking about customers and by the look on their facial expressions, they weren't nice and positive comments! Two television screens showing CNN the whole time, even though we made the comment to have some music in the fun spirits of our holiday and celebrations, they made no attempt to make customer's request happen. It's cheap, and really good quality. My manicure lasted about 3 weeks and that's the longest any of my manicures have ever lasted me. It is crowded though, and they don't allow customers to call ahead, so it'd be best to figure when the rush hour is and to avoid them! read more

It's not terrible. I go here in a pinch because it is close to home. Walk-ins are welcome. They are usually busy despite the OK service. If you need a quick (not Super relaxing) manicure/pedicure this place will do the trick. I've been coming here for over 10 years. I've tried to get a place closer to where I live, but I always come back to Noble Nails though it's an hour drive. It's changed alot over the years, starting as a hair and nail salon and then focusing on nails. The furniture and decor changes on a regular basis as well. They will always get you in, even if you walk in at closing time:) They take you usually as you've just finished selecting your color. The place is always clean. They have water to drink, the usual magazines, and the news. I use it as a way to catch up with my friend. Basically, the atmosphere is condusive to either. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is that the new foot tubs don't have jets. But it doesn't detour me from planning my next visit. I recommend the new pedicure delux ($35). read more

I had a mani/pedi done here as well as a brow wax and gel nails. The atmosphere is okay. It's a nail salon, not a spa, so don't expect anything relaxing or soothing. The girl who did my nails sat me down and with no prep or cleaning started slapping the gel right on the unpreped nail. I asked her to do my cuticles and trim/clean my nails and she said "okay, after" but she never did. She intentionally left about 1/8th of an inch of space between cuticle and gel just so I'd have to come back for a fill sooner. A week later, the bottom of the gel has started to peel and my nails are growing out from under the tips which means she didn't even glue them properly. The whole time another woman, Olivia, kept literally leaning on me to chat and watch the girl work. Very rude and unprofessional. She did do a good job on the brow wax so one star for that. But the room she did it in was very dirty and the wax warmer looked questionable. With all of the services, I ended up being there for over 2.5 hours. Unprofessional, dirty, sloppy, and slow. They also only accept cash, so be prepared for an extra stop and the ATM. read more

Ive been dieing to write a review on these people forever. They just haven't wowed me yet. Ive been maybe 6 times my mom goes all the time for mani pedis and she seems to love them. As far as I can tell when I got my first pedi there they burned the arches of my feet with those stupid rocks, and i have a high tolerance for pain so before I realized it I had big red blisters. I just got a normal french tip mani on Friday and its Monday now and it already had huge chips in it. and when i was there they lady named Mary messed up big time the top coat was bubbling and shrinking and they had to do it all over again. big waste of my time. and they still made me pay full price. i was going take my friend there for her birthday but i don't know if i want to anymore. read more

I like coming here for pedicures because it is really clean and I don't have to worry about getting foot fungus. They all wear gloves, the tools are sanitized, and they cover the sink with a plastic bag for each person. The polish lasts a long time and the leg massages are wonderful (great job Kayla). I always get the deluxe pedicure. It comes with a leg scrub, hot towel wrap, hot rock massage, massage by hand, and hot wax on feet. The rose petals are a nice touch. An improvement would be for them to use nicer products (scrubs&cream) but for the price I will come back. read more

I've been coming to Noble Nails for years. They have really tried to deliver a decent nail spa experience with newer spa pedicure chairs and bottled water upon arrival. The prices are completely reasonable and also importantly, their services are clean. They open nail care kits right in front of you. Of course some of the gals are better than others in terms of the leg/foot massage portion but that's to be expected. The hot stones are a nice touch. There is rarely a wait and they seem to be open 7 days a week. When I arrived, I realized that the salon was under renovation and that our manicures and pedicures were going to be done next door without the usual foot spa chair. This will be my first post. I had such a bad experience here and I hope that sharing my experience will percent someone else from having to go through the worst Pedicure ever! First I went with a friend and they started her pedicure half an hour before they started mine. We had told him we want to get them done together they didn't have the time they should've said they didn't have the opening. Then my technician finally did come she was on her cell phone 80% of the time. I was wincing pulling my feet away and everything she kept poking and cutting in my skin and I asked her to stop. I get pedicures every two weeks and I've never had this experience. And then she proceeded to give me I don't even know what to call it they called it massage. I wish my camera was working on my phone I have bruises on my shins and around my ankles from what she called a massage. Save yourself the pain and the money! read more

They have the WORST customer service!! They lure you to go by making you think you actually have an appointments with a specific person you request. When I showed up, other ladies had the same issue. Now you are stuck getting your nails done by someone else and disappointed with the service. Not to mention they couldn't even fulfill their services. Hi Everybody! I felt that this review was very needed. So, my sisters wedding was coming up on a Saturday, so on that Friday we went with the bridal party to get mani pedi's. My daughter, and my mother got gel on both their nails and toenails. Not only did I think it was very pricey in the first place but by Saturday (the wedding day and the next day) both hands and feet nails were chipped. I'm digging Noble Nails. The place is clean, the utensils come in a sterile bag, and my pedicure looks great. For 20$ you get a pedicure, hot stone massage, and bottled water. For an extra 10$ you get more but IMHO I don't think it justifies the 50% extra. Overall, a pretty good price for an excellent pedicure. Although there customer service was great they had a clean an well kept facility an my nails looked amazing they didn't last. I got a full set acrylic nails.. They didn't file the surface of my nails down therefor the natural oils of my nails were not removed so a week after I got them done they just fell off! They weren't chipped there was nothing wrong with them they just popped off just as they would if I had bought them from the store an glued them on myself. It was absolutely ridiculous! Don't go here if you want acrylic nails! On top of that they picked a gel polish for me when I didn't ask for gel an got charged extra for it. So I basically drove over the hill to get ripped off I could have got the same thing where I live for just a little more than half of what I paid there an they wouldn't have fallen off.. read more

I have been going to Noble Nails for at least 10 years and have always had excellent manicures and pedicures. I always pay by check and the last time I went, the total balance was $32 inclusive of tip. The next month as I reconciled my check book, I noticed that the number 3 was changed to the number 8. It was obviously a separate stroke of the pen changing the number. The cursive writing of thirty two dollars was unchanged. The bank actually cashed the $82 and when I called to report it, the bank said it had obviously been tampered with and they immediately refunded my money. I have called the police but decided not to pursue an investigation as it will be very hard to determine who altered the check. I will, however, go back and tell the owner that I have discovered this and that I will never go back. Also, I will discourage all my friends to go there as well. I stopped in with my husband and sister-in-law for manicures last week and we couldn't believe the rude treatment and poor quality manicures. We each wanted a basic manicure, but the woman who did my nails kept pushing the gel manicure. I had to say no three different. When I told her I wanted the basic manicure, she told me it was $17. I had to ask twice to see the price list - when I did, I saw the basic is $12. The manicure was rushed and included a brief slather of lotion, no massage. I've been coming to this establishment for over 5 years and I have never had a problem until today. Every time I come, I ask for Lynn. She has been doing my nails for years (at least 8-10times per year) but I am so disappointed at what happened today! To my surprise, she offered to give me the top tier pedicure which is normally $50 (with extra massage time) for $30 at the start of my appointment. I was very appreciative and thanked her for it multiple times. I didn't really expect this but thought because I have been a loyal customer for so long that she's doing something nice for me and that she didn't have anyone after me. But as I was checking out at the end, she went back on her word and said it was $50. When I confronted her about it, she denied ever having the conversation. WOW!!! Stunned, I reluctantly paid for it and tipped her(handsomely, mind you which I always do). But as I was driving home, I felt betrayed. I called Lynn back and told her that I don't appreciate her doing business like this. Not only did she not apologize, she justified by saying that she spent more time with the massage.
