They didn't hesitate to schedule for exactly what I wanted then also made a follow up appointment to review results. I met with Mary the midwife for my first visit. She took me into her office and spoke with me about my history and really got to know me and make me more comfortable before the "uncomfortable" part, she listened to all my concerns. During the exam she was very professional, gentle and reassuring but also fun we even joked around. The facility is beautiful and very clean. I haven't met Dr. Reddy yet but I am sure she will be fantastic since the rest of her staff and office is. Have already recommended this practice to multiple women.

If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more First of all, there was a visibly intoxicated man in the parking lot carrying two boxes of beer, which was already an uncomfortable way to arrive for an appointment. Then I went inside for an appointment that I had scheduled weeks in advance. I specifically had to arrange my work schedule around this appointment because they did not have later appointment times available. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment had been canceled. I asked, "By who?" I was told it was because I had apparently been scheduled into a 15-minute time slot. I explained that I did not make the appointment myself, I called the main number, and someone from their office scheduled it for me. I was never contacted to let me know there was an issue with the appointment or that it had been canceled. The response was essentially that it was too late in the day and I would have to reschedule. I showed up. I rearranged my work schedule. I made the appointment weeks ago. And nobody had the courtesy to call me and tell me it was canceled? If there was an issue with the appointment being booked incorrectly, that is something the office should have caught and communicated before I drove there and took time off work. I will never be returning to this facility. If you value your time and don't want to rearrange your work schedule only to arrive and find out that your appointment was canceled without anyone notifying you, I would seriously think twice before booking here. I'm sure there are much better OBGYN facilities in the Denton area that actually respect their patients' time.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I had a hysterectomy three months ago and still have my ovaries, and I went in because I was having discharge and was very concerned. I was in an incredible amount of pain during the examination--some of the worst pain I've ever experienced--and I did not feel like my concerns were taken seriously. An infection was not even considered, and I was basically told I just needed estrogen before the doctor had even properly looked into what was going on. I later went to another doctor and found out that I actually had an infection. I also explained that I have sensitivities to medications, but I did not feel like that was taken seriously. On top of the medical concerns, I was told when making my appointment that I did not need to change the doctor on my referral. Then, the day before my appointment, I was told I needed to change it. I did so, only to arrive at my appointment and have them still have the wrong referral, which they then blamed on my primary care doctor. Overall, I felt dismissed, unheard, and extremely frustrated. I will never go back and would not recommend this office based on my experience.

The front desk told me there would be options to reduce the price of my visit based on financial need since I didn't have insurance, but later charged me full price after because they found out that I have an insurance that they said they don't accept. Dr Stephanie said I only had a yeast infection and a urinary tract infection and prescribed me medicine that they made me buy on the spot. I went to a different doctor and found out I had ureaplasma, bv and a kidney stone. As a 22 yr old I hated my experience and will never come back.
