This is absolutely one of the best companies that I have EVER dealt with. My 86 year old father passed away, in the middle of the night at his memory care facility. We knew the day would come, but I really didn't think about it happening in the middle of the night. I called Noble Cremations number at about 2AM and a very nice person answered the phone, took down all the details and assured me that everything would be ok. They arrived at the facility, located in Keller, in about a hour to pick up my father. The next morning, I received a call to make arrangements. I wanted a simple cremation, because I needed to transport my fathers remains out of state. They were very compassionate and understanding. Didn't attempt to "upsell" me on any additional services. But at the same time, made sure that I would have everything that I would need for final arrangements. Sonya informed me of the date that the remains and the death certificate would be available and kept me informed/updated during the process. Answered each and very phone call that I made. Everything went as planned and as scheduled, with no delays. I arrived at the facility, with my prepurchased urn. My father is an Army Veteran and loved the United States Flag and eagles, so I needed to make sure that I had an urn with that design. At the location, they did have a very nice variety of various size urns to choose from. All were priced VERY reasonable! Sonya respectfully, presented the box of ashes and death certificate to me. She was so very nice and offered to transfer the ashes to the urn for me and did so. Everything went very smoothly, I paid EXACTLY what was advertised and what I expected to pay. Everyone made me feel very comfortable during the process and made me feel so welcome, almost like family. I would highly recommend this place of business. Everything was beyond perfect! If you're reading this review, chances are you may have lost a loved one recently. Please accept my condolences. I also lost a loved one, a little over a month ago at the time of writing, and that's why I wanted to take a moment to review Noble Cremations. They did a great job of getting me the paperwork to sign digitally, providing the needed service, and then promptly arranging transfer of the ashes into the urn I provided and pick-up. The director did a wonderful job of communicating with me throughout the process. They set up a great online obituary too. It was really nice to be able to read comments people posted and even see people donating to plant trees in my dad's honor. Overall, They were about 1/3rd of the price of another funeral home I visited. Even the urns were cheaper (although I got one on Amazon for cheaper still.) The only thing to be mindful of is that because they offer low-cost cremations they might not have all the same services and options. If you want to have a viewing or visitation, you should inquire if that's possible. I'm not sure. But if you're just trying to have your loved one cremated affordably, Noble will do so with kindness and dignity. I hope you don't need the services of this business, but if you do or you're planning ahead, I would highly recommend Noble Cremations. read more

I would like to thank everyone at Noble Cremations for their help with an already difficult situation personally and emotionally on the sudden passing of my brother in March. I cannot even begin to express the appreciation I have for Sarah Vasquez who went beyond what I could even imagine someone in her profession would do, she was beyond helpful, she was sincere and showed so much compassion with my situation, Sarah helped me through everything, from making a difficult phone call to a family member to helping me with all the paper work. I was referred to Noble Cremations by AllStar Hospice who was caring for my mom. I couldn't have been more pleased with this referral. When I knew the time was near, I went to their website and filled out all the necessary information online. I spoke to Sarah the morning my mom passed away, and we were able to take care of every little detail that very afternoon. We then met Sonya, I answered a few of their questions and they took care of everything from then on. I worked with Sonya and Sarah both and they handled everything with the utmost professionalism and compassion. They told me exactly what to expect and when, and I was kept updated with phone calls. Since we had not done any pre-arrangements at the time of my husband's death, his hospice care nurse suggested Noble Cremations. She'd had personal experience with them and advised us they would service us well and were more inexpensive than any competitors. After a failed attempt to do any comparison with other funeral homes (because funeral director didn't return my call!), we hired Noble Cremations and couldn't have been more pleased. 5 Star Service. Losing my husband at a young age to heart attack in Dallas was devastating. We were in the process of moving to Texas from Atlanta, GA. I have never lost anyone and didn't know where to start. With losing my dad and having my world flipped upside down Noble Cremations was so caring and helpful. When I first called I didn't even know if I was going to go with them, and that didn't matter to them at all. I asked probably questions that don't matter at all. That didn't matter to them then answered anything and everything I asked. The amount of care that they have is amazing! They are nice and the price is very reasonable. From my first phone call I was lead through the process with the upmost kindness and integrity by the staff of Noble Cremations. I was made aware of costs in the beginning and thoroughly expected to be up sold at my most vulnerable time. That was not the case at all. My mother's passing was unexpected and was at her home peacefully. The cold December afternoon had me listen to a Coroner over the phone ask me which funeral home I would be using but I did not have one. He suggested the Internet. My experience with Noble at my adult son's death was more comforting than I could have imagined. His death was complicated in that he died unexpectedly at home. Thus, he went first to the medical examiner and after several days was released to Noble. The staff at Noble kept me informed at every turn and reassured me that there were no impediments to the process. At one point, staff called me to simply say they would be out of office for the weekend but would still be available if I needed them. Who does that? Sonya is amazing!!!! My father died November 7th. His best friend had the body moved to a place that wanted $6000 for a direct cremation! I found Sonya on Google and reached out to her. I am in Arizona. She picked up his body and stayed in contact with me every day while waiting for the doctor to sign the death certificate. Every day she called to keep me informed. Wow!!!! Sonya was kind and helpful after the death of my son. He had wanted to be cremated but not embalmed and another place we called not only refused but their salesman was aggressive in trying to force us to go against his wishes so they could sell us services we did not want. We needed to see my son and get some kind of goodbye and Sonya not only allowed this but encouraged us to spend the time we needed to.
