This is absolutely one of the best companies that I have EVER dealt with. My 86 year old father passed away, in the middle of the night at his memory care facility. We knew the day would come, but I really didn't think about it happening in the middle of the night. I called Noble Cremations number at about 2AM and a very nice person answered the phone, took down all the details and assured me that everything would be ok. They arrived at the facility, located in Keller, in about a hour to pick up my father. The next morning, I received a call to make arrangements. I wanted a simple cremation, because I needed to transport my fathers remains out of state. They were very compassionate and understanding. Didn't attempt to "upsell" me on any additional services. But at the same time, made sure that I would have everything that I would need for final arrangements. Sonya informed me of the date that the remains and the death certificate would be available and kept me informed/updated during the process. Answered each and very phone call that I made. Everything went as planned and as scheduled, with no delays. I arrived at the facility, with my prepurchased urn. My father is an Army Veteran and loved the United States Flag and eagles, so I needed to make sure that I had an urn with that design. At the location, they did have a very nice variety of various size urns to choose from. All were priced VERY reasonable! Sonya respectfully, presented the box of ashes and death certificate to me. She was so very nice and offered to transfer the ashes to the urn for me and did so. Everything went very smoothly, I paid EXACTLY what was advertised and what I expected to pay. Everyone made me feel very comfortable during the process and made me feel so welcome, almost like family. I would highly recommend this place of business. Everything was beyond perfect! Thanks so much!!!!! read more

If you're reading this review, chances are you may have lost a loved one recently. Please accept my condolences. I also lost a loved one, a little over a month ago at the time of writing, and that's why I wanted to take a moment to review Noble Cremations. They did a great job of getting me the paperwork to sign digitally, providing the needed service, and then promptly arranging transfer of the ashes into the urn I provided and pick-up. The director did a wonderful job of communicating with me throughout the process. They set up a great online obituary too. It was really nice to be able to read comments people posted and even see people donating to plant trees in my dad's honor. Overall, They were about 1/3rd of the price of another funeral home I visited. Even the urns were cheaper (although I got one on Amazon for cheaper still.) The only thing to be mindful of is that because they offer low-cost cremations they might not have all the same services and options. If you want to have a viewing or visitation, you should inquire if that's possible. I'm not sure. But if you're just trying to have your loved one cremated affordably, Noble will do so with kindness and dignity. I hope you don't need the services of this business, but if you do or you're planning ahead, I would highly recommend Noble Cremations. read more

I would like to thank everyone at Noble Cremations for their help with an already difficult situation personally and emotionally on the sudden passing of my brother in March. I cannot even begin to express the appreciation I have for Sarah Vasquez who went beyond what I could even imagine someone in her profession would do, she was beyond helpful, she was sincere and showed so much compassion with my situation, Sarah helped me through everything, from making a difficult phone call to a family member to helping me with all the paper work. Never in a million years would I have ever imagined I would be going through this sad ordeal but with the help and guidance of Sarah at Noble Cremations she made an already very sad and heart breaking situation a little easier to bear, I must also add, I am not from Texas, I had to fly in from another state to handle my brothers cremation, I know I could not have managed it without the wonderful help from Sarah, by the time I left Noble Cremations I felt like the weight of the World had been lifted off my shoulders. I HIGHLY recommend Noble Cremations services if you are in Texas, (Dallas-Ft. Worth area) Again, "THANK YOU ALL" at Noble Cremations for everything....my brother is home now and finally at Peace. read more

To Sonya Giles, I want to apologize for the delay in complimenting you and Noble Cremations on a job that went far and above what you would expect from any Professional Company and especially industry who day in and day out deals with grief as a living. I believe some are called or chosen to do what they do for a profession. Don't you believe as I do that individuals who choose to work in the grieving industry related to deaths of loved ones do indeed have a special talent? I will not go into details because to most they may seem trivial. To me at the time of my Father's death and even four months later they are not. Suffice to say, Sonya is a Consumate, Highly Educated, Poignant, Kind, Empathetic, One of a Kind human being. She saved me over $2000.00 from a less than honest competitor and knew if she had cut that savings in half I still would have paid, but did not go that direction and instead used her integrity to gain my trust and business. I will not go into any other detail except to say if looking for answers to alternate arrangements other than traditional burial regardless of your reasons then Give Sonya a phone call in Arlington at Noble Cremations and expect to be amazed, Monty B. read more

I cannot say enough good things about my family's recent experience here. When my father passed unexpectedly, we were told by the hospital that we had mere hours in which to choose and arrange service with a funeral home, and on a Sunday, no less. No pressure! Noble Cremations came through for us - although they were not open on Sunday, their friendly answering service provided me with an accurate quote and assured me that they could have someone pick him up that day. Follow up the next day by the business was super prompt! During such a difficult time, every decision can seem overwhelming. Noble Cremations' Director Sonya walked us through everything step by step, made everything streamlined and easy, and most importantly was SO KIND to my mother who was dealing with the loss of her husband. It sounds strange to say that dealing with a funeral home is a pleasure, but in this case it certainly was. Noble Cremations provides compassionate service with a personal touch, at a fraction of the price of other area companies. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their staff goes above and beyond and their service is top quality. Thank you, Sonya and team! read more

I was referred to Noble Cremations by AllStar Hospice who was caring for my mom. I couldn't have been more pleased with this referral. When I knew the time was near, I went to their website and filled out all the necessary information online. I spoke to Sarah the morning my mom passed away, and we were able to take care of every little detail that very afternoon. We then met Sonya, I answered a few of their questions and they took care of everything from then on. I worked with Sonya and Sarah both and they handled everything with the utmost professionalism and compassion. They told me exactly what to expect and when, and I was kept updated with phone calls. At such a difficult time in our lives, and so many things to take care of, I can honestly say this was an easy, carefree experience. The price for everything was cheaper than other funeral homes and right in line with what we wanted to pay. I cannot say enough good things about Noble Cremations. I have already recommended them to several of my friends who are dealing with their elderly parents. read more

Sonya Giles and Noble Cremations were incredibly professional, kind, competent and efficient. Since we had not done any pre-arrangements at the time of my husband's death, his hospice care nurse suggested Noble Cremations. She'd had personal experience with them and advised us they would service us well and were more inexpensive than any competitors. After a failed attempt to do any comparison with other funeral homes (because funeral director didn't return my call!), we hired Noble Cremations and couldn't have been more pleased. Sonya remained in daily touch with me as we went through the process of waiting on the medical examiner's report before they could proceed with the cremation, advised me on their other services, ordered the death certificates, as well as submitted necessary paperwork to the VA to make sure we received a US flag and paperwork for military honors. She did not try to upsell us on anything. It was all very straightforward and professional and we highly recommend them! read more

5 Star Service. Losing my husband at a young age to heart attack in Dallas was devastating. We were in the process of moving to Texas from Atlanta, GA. All of our friends were in Atlanta and I needed to have the memorial services there. Sonya and the team at Noble Cremations was wonderful and very kind and caring. They made the arrangements to have my huband's body picked up from the coroners office, made sure he looked presentable for my oldest daughter to see him prior to cremation. Sonya called me when they were on the way to pick up his body, when it arrived at their location, when he went to the crematory and when his ashes were returned. They walked me through the entire process. I felt my husband and I were treated with respect and love. I will never forget their kindness. I am in the business of customer service for healthcare. Sonja and the team exceeded my expectations. Communication and caring is key. Susan O. read more

My sister and I lost our mother recently and were taken care of by Sonya Giles. My sister lives in Fort Worth, so Sonya met her in person. I live in Austin, so Sonya and I communicated by phone and email. It was our mom's wish to be cremated and then buried in Louisiana next to her father & sister. Sonya helped us through the whole process. She made sure we were on the same page every step of the way, from the initial conversations, to signing the cremation papers (in person and digitally), to confirming that the cremated remains arrived at the owner of the cemetery in Louisiana... Not only was she knowledgeable, clear, and helpful; she was also extremely kind and understanding during our difficult time. We both agreed that Sonya is an awesome lady and we wanted to make sure everyone else knows too. Your loved ones will be in good hands! read more

My three children and I lost my wife unexpectedly in September. I was in shock and quite honestly, didn't know where to start. I called Noble Cremations to help with our specific requirements and was blessed to be connected with Sonya Giles. Sonya was genuinely empathetic with our loss and was able to guide me through this process. Everything Sonya told me in the beginning was handled exactly as she said it would be. There were absolutely no surprises. She was patient, caring, and diligent in helping to make sure I did all the things I needed to make sure the process went smoothly. I heartily recommend using Noble Cremations and Sonya Giles to help you through this process. Whether it's an unexpected event, or whether you have some time to plan, call Sonya and she'll be your caring partner in this most difficult process. read more

I have never lost anyone and didn't know where to start. With losing my dad and having my world flipped upside down Noble Cremations was so caring and helpful. When I first called I didn't even know if I was going to go with them, and that didn't matter to them at all. I asked probably questions that don't matter at all. That didn't matter to them then answered anything and everything I asked. The amount of care that they have is amazing! They are nice and the price is very reasonable. I live a little further away, but it was worth the drive for the experience. No one ever wants to go through this and having people that can make it a little easier and not charge an arm and a leg was helpful. If I have to go through this again I wont hesitate to call them again. read more

From my first phone call I was lead through the process with the upmost kindness and integrity by the staff of Noble Cremations. I was made aware of costs in the beginning and thoroughly expected to be up sold at my most vulnerable time. That was not the case at all. The staff provided tremendous support and followed through exactly the way they said they would in the very first phone call. I was extremely impressed with Sarah's professionalism and the heart she has for serving. Cremation is a very personal decision that my father made for us in advance of his death. Having previously buried our mother; my siblings and I feel this was his final gift to us in simplifying a difficult situation. I highly recommend Noble Cremations. read more

My mother's passing was unexpected and was at her home peacefully. The cold December afternoon had me listen to a Coroner over the phone ask me which funeral home I would be using but I did not have one. He suggested the Internet. So I visited two cremation places the following day and then discovered #3 Noble Cremation on the second day by walking in. Sonya greeted me at the door and I knew that for that moment Angels were real. My requests were simple and her knowledge explained everything about all the services they provided. A simple transaction and she reached out by phone did email as we had discussed from the beginning to the arrival of her final remains. A true caring professional with a beautiful heart and soul. My experience with Noble at my adult son's death was more comforting than I could have imagined. His death was complicated in that he died unexpectedly at home. Thus, he went first to the medical examiner and after several days was released to Noble. The staff at Noble kept me informed at every turn and reassured me that there were no impediments to the process. At one point, staff called me to simply say they would be out of office for the weekend but would still be available if I needed them. Who does that? I asked for a last minute change and again, was treated as though it was no trouble at all. I am so grateful I landed in their care. They are extraordinary folks. read more

Noble Cremations provided excellent value and customer service following the death of my wife. Sonja Gilles was a joy to work with in this grim and stressful time. They treated my family with kindness, dignity and respect. They provided me with updates on the process. Sonja was kind enough to go the crematory to retrieve my wife's wedding ring. We had been reluctant to remove it during her final illness as doing so would have caused her both physical and mental pain. The cost of the service was much lower than other cremation services we researched. I strongly recommend Noble to anybody seeking quality and value-priced cremation services. read more

I lost my grandmother in February of 2018. I reached out to Noble Cremations and spoke with Sonya Giles. She is wonderful. She has such a caring and kind demeanor that puts you at ease immediately. I have never had to make arrangements for a loved one who has passed away. Sonya walked me through the entire process. She told me what to expect and things to think of I wouldn't considered on my own. Not to mention. the cost was very reasonable and helped to less the burden on the family. Thank for you to Sonya for making this difficult process as smooth, seamless, and comforting as possible. You are truly a gem. read more

Sonya has helped me twice in the past 3 years with cremation arrangements for my wife and mother. Pricing, professionalism, and care by her and the staff for my loved ones remains were a welcome experience in difficult times. If you are expecting the loss of a loved one (I hope you are not) I suggest calling to get a vital statistics form sent to you from their office and filling it out ahead of the time of your loved one's death. I did this in both instances and which made it easier when the call was made for the pick ups. The 2 person teams who came were methodical, reverent, efficient, and professional. read more

Sonya is amazing!!!! My father died November 7th. His best friend had the body moved to a place that wanted $6000 for a direct cremation! I found Sonya on Google and reached out to her. I am in Arizona. She picked up his body and stayed in contact with me every day while waiting for the doctor to sign the death certificate. Every day she called to keep me informed. Wow!!!! I don't think my dad had life insurance, I recall him saying he was going to cancel it. Noble only charged $995 for everything! I am soooooooo blessed to have had someone this caring to work with during this time. THANK YOU!!! read more
