The service was amazing, I was helped out by a very enthusiastic employee who seemed happy to be there. He then went on to ask about my day, I walked in expecting a bagel and came out with feeling great. The atmosphere was pretty nice. It was very clean, organized and everything was fully restocked. If I were picking up a lemonade, I would have no problem doing so. The sandwich I got (Power Egg White) was very good. It seemed as though the workers put real effort into it, which is hard to come by nowadays. I will continue coming here till the end of time! read more

Sorry to have to write a negative review but location has been consistently underperforming. Couple of things: 1) bagels are soggy and chewy. Have to order them double toasted for any crunch. They then shortchange cream cheese and wrap it up causing it to be a soggy mess. I have repeatedly had to ask for remade and with a normal serving of cream cheese on it. It's not included with price so since paying I expect a normal serving size. Also can you stop putting the cream cheese on it and wrapping it? Defeats the crispiness. 2) the staff tries to charge extra if you ask for the normal size of cream cheese. Again I'm always paying for it. 3) they up charge $.99 per bagel in the box for the fancy bagel instead of the normal $.80. Makes no sense. 4) they have removed all chairs and tables inside and keep it like a meat locker inside. Need to improve on these customer service issues to improve the customer experience. Welcome a response and convo with the manager! read more

My favorite bagel place. Service is always quick even with a line, and the quality is consistent. It definitely hit the spot after giving birth read more

The service is amazing! All the workers are so kind I didn't quite get her name, but she had long hair and she was an angel. I go here as much as I can because their bagels are amazing. Especially the nova lox bagels. And the interior and the vibe truly makes them the best bagel place in Santa Clarita. Can't wait to stop by again! read more

I've been here a few times, and I feel like the Yelp rating should be higher than what it's showing. They have a variety of selection for bagels and interesting combinations. I recently tried their Maplehouse Egg Sandwich. It was very reminiscent of the McGriddle sandwich from McDonald, but elevated. I did enjoy my sandwich and I'll definitely be coming back. They were well staffed, and very efficient. I only had to wait around 5 mins for my food. They also have a restroom, and seatings are outdoor. One thing to note, I do understand that their bagel cost a bit more than others, but I personally feel that the quality of the ingredients are there. Overall, if you're looking for different combinations of sandwich, give this place a try! read more

I have tried western bagel and this place as the two bagel known places in Santa Clarita valley. I was expecting this place to be like Panera bread but with bagels. It was not. The interior is very nice. The decoration on the inside with the black and white tiles make a great design. There is a bathroom and a billboard with the menu. Prices are steep for what you are receiving. The bagel I ordered was a jalapeño bagel with brisket. It was $10 for the cheaper option of 1 egg. The bagel itself? Small. Very small and when I compare the bagel between this place and the western bagel. The bagel here is smaller. The taste is great, but for $10 it is overpriced and I am disappointed with the value. What a shame. Service was fast and decent. The employees were not hateful at the job and were quick to deliver. There were only three customers so maybe it is worse if there are a lot on the weekend. I went on lunch hour and surprised nobody came. The items are unique and I don't think other places you can get these ingredients. The pricing however, needs to be adjusted because there is no way this bagel should cost $10. I would adjust even with inflation to be around $6 for what you are getting. This includes a decent profit margin but also what it is worth to the customer. I don't know if I would come back. The quantity and quality seem to be lower than I expected and it was a huge minus. read more

The quality of the 4 sandwiches we ordered and enjoyed was unmatched as well as the fresh juice. The order process was quick. We were in and out despite how busy it was. $10 for a quality breakfast sandwich with fresh ingredients? Yes please. The seating outside was nice. Vibes inside are that of a busy deli. Oh, and we also had the twice baked hash brown. My husband asked me to go back in and order more they were so good (and only $1.99 each). I hope you enjoy this sweet find as much as we did. read more

Being from NY bagels are all about the water being used...it's like the pizza! I am a bagel snob...I admit it...so there! With that said, my sesame bagel with a schmear of cream cheese (not toasted) was perfect! I no sooner ordered it to go, and it was ready! The staff here are very friendly and the inside was spotless. They had a wide variety of bagels along with gluten free options. Ice & Hot coffee options available as well. *Plenty of parking in the lot read more

Glad I looked at my bagel sandwich before taking a bite... Can't help but wonder if the vegetables here don't get washed? Or how the employee making my bagel didn't even realize there was still sticker on my tomato? read more

Did a mobile order today for a bakers dozen on the Noah's app and went to pick it up 10 mins later and it was ready. It was busy inside with a line so I'm glad I did a mobile order. Bagels were fresh and tasty. After visiting this location a couple times now, this is probably one of my favorite Noah's compared to others in the SFV. read more

This is a group of lazy, incompetent, and entitled people who don't care about your order, the food quality, or hygiene. Every time we order from here, the order is not only incorrect but is slapped together with zero effort and delivered in filthy conditions. This is the last time I spend money here. It's time we demand a basic minimum standard and drive places like this out of business. read more

I will start by sharing... I placed my order close to closing on my APP @ 1:00PM for a P/U - 1:30PM / 1:45PM. When I arrived a young man was packing my order, I asked if he sliced my begals (Per my request)? He said yes, and then dumped them into a slicer. When I arrived home to separate & freeze half the box, I only found 12 with 2 begals so crumbled / smashed I had to trash them, half still were not sliced, and I did not receive the products I requested. If they did not have the products I requested or did not want to complete my order based on my online order. All they had to do was reach-out to me, and confirm the reason of cancelation of order. Just a FYI - I would order ahead for (Corporate Breakfasts - Average dollar spent $180.00) training meetings for my clients. I stopped that because they would always mess-up the orders, never supply napkins & cutlery or help care-out all the boxes to my auto. I sent a written complaint via online / APP without any feed-back as of yet... I am a fan of the retail concept & taste food, just not the service. read more

My wife went here at 7:30am to get 2 nova lox and a half dozen bagels. The two Lox bagels were such a mess they practically went straight in the trash. None of the ingredients could stay in the sandwich they were cut so thick it was not good, there was an enormous amount of cream cheese in each, and both bagels were not entirely cut down the middle. Waste of money. Won't be going here again. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I love the bagels here and the employees are great. Busy as heck the two times I've visited (both on Saturday mornings) but nothing but positive experiences both times. Love the bagels here ! Personally love jordan who helped make my morning bright with a little light humor. Love that!!!!!

The worst customer service ever, we order for our businesses all the time here. They forgot the shmear on the bagel order and she claims it was in the box. We never received a box it was in a bag, then proceeds to state she's not going back and forth. None of our stores will ever order here again read more

We have been there 3 times in the last 6 weeks. We are huge fans of Noahs and been to many of them over many years. Each time we have been to this location the service and food has been sub par. There have always been 5-6 staff members working, but none of them friendly or helpful. The food is not nearly as good as their other stores and saw several others complain to the staff. The breakfast sandwich was cold, coffee out, and barely any cream cheese on several bagels. We have given it a fair shake, but will not return to this particular store. So much potential and the store is busy, just needs a staff that is happy to have a job and understand they are there to serve the customer. The store is not filthy, but it's a long way from clean. The staff were all "busy", but not cleaning or helping customers. There is lots of competition down there so if they do not make customer service changes they will likely not make it. disappointing. read more

This place has such delicious bagel sandwiches & and variety of bagels! We ordered the new double stack bagels on 6 cheese bagel, the Texas brisket egg sandwich on a sesame seed bagel & the Ham & Swiss egg sandwich on a classic bagel. All 3 bagels were sized very generously and it was very filling to keep you going all morning and afternoon! My family loved this place more than Western Bagels by far. The workers were so nice & were explaining the reason for the hold up to all new customers walking in so it wa very considerate. They were so quick too, our bagels came out in maybe 5 minutes. The store is very small and there is no seating inside, but outside you can find some tables and chairs. It's more of a pick up and go kinda place! read more

WE love Noah's bagel. We used to go to one In Portland on Hawthorne street when we were up there. We were driving up to Portland from San Diego recently and we were looking for a place to pick up breakfast. I happened to see Noah's bagel in Valencia. We stopped and we were so glad that we did. I asked for Nova Lox Sandwich, my bagel was cold, not slightly toasted, hard, the cream cheese looks like then run out of it, the rest of the stuff was ok, and then my coffee, it was as cold as an ice cube. Very disappointing on this place. Never come back. read more

I stopped by Noah NY Bagel this morning to get a bagel before my wife graduation ceremony. This place is near College of the Canyons so it worked out great for me. Finding parking was easily because I came after the morning rush if they were busy. When I walked into the store, I took a quick look at their bagel selection and went with the plain bagel. I asked if they put the creme cheese for you and they told me they do so I asked for it on the side. I ate my bagel outside since they had some tables there. I thought my bagel was good and would come back again if I'm in the area. read more

Last time ordering from Noah's unfortunately. Unless you're watching the employees assemble your sandwich or bagel, there's a very strong likelihood it will be missing either 1) an advertised ingredient (bacon or yes, your two eggs), 2) wrong bagel (a French toast bread is wayyyy different than an everything bagel- one literally is covered in seeds and the other isn't ...), , 3) no smear despite paying $ for more, 4) sloppy presentation (not kidding, sides ordered that weren't even wrapped or put in a food sleeve, just thrown in a bag with other items floating around the place, 5) wrong sandwich. Considering the thin paper quality of their to-go bags, it's unsanitary and leaks happen). I keep giving them a chance because on a good day the foods great and the black coffee is amazing, but the constant inconsistent quality of service or food really doesn't justify eating here anymore). Never know what kind of sandwich you're going to get when you unwrap the packaging. read more

This Noah's is the best! Used the online ordering app and it was ready at 7:30am. Excellent selection! Our favorites are the cheddar jalapeño, spinach & Swiss, blueberry, and the maple French toast , though it's quickly competing with cinnamon raisin in our household. Favorite shmears are plain cream cheese and Strawberry cream cheese. Great staff and customer service. Note for Joe: the best time to get bagels is in the morning. Not 2:00Pm. The person that was picking up bagels near closing time and complained should know this. Get up early and enjoy the freshness of this fantastic treasure of Stevenson Ranch! read more

I love Noah's Bagels ...they're the best! I was sometimes annoyed when the staff locked their doors before closing time, but I understand that issue has been addressed. Also I love that they would randomly include an extra bagel or two for free. Great customer service!!! read more

You would think it would be easy to cut 6 bagels, put them in a bag with a tub of shmear but they have found unique combinations of ways to forget items to ruin my morning. Case in point, I ordered a half a dozen box that comes with a shmear except they felt it was a good idea to make my bag lighter by leaving the shmear out of the bag. Thanks Noah. Not anytime soon. read more

Terrible wait times & terrible food. Bagels: I ordered the turkey sausage egg & cheese bagel & the blt bagel. Wait time took over 30 min just to receive two dry tasteless bagels. The sausage in the sausage bagel looked old & like it was tossed in the microwave & the blt did not taste like a blt at all. The menu says thick slices of bacon but what I got was one tiny thin slice of sad bacon. Both items tasted like they needed seasoning & an upgrade in quality. Can't believe I spent $20 & waited over 30 min for poor quality food. Don't waste your time of money here. read more
