You would swear they had degrees in dog psychology. The facility has a dog play area with boarding not in crates, but in individual units where the dog has plenty of room to move around. They called with a report the day before we returned to reassure us that the dogs were doing well. My son's Scottie loved playing with the big dogs and my dog was a little more standoffish, but she did go into the area. When my son bent down to pet my dog, she let him. For eight years she has growled when he came to visit me. Today she accepted his attention calmly. The Scottie follows one of the care givers around he was so attached.

And now I must admit, I have been waiting on this review for far too long. We found Dogville about 6 months ago when we were looking for a possible boarding facility for our then 7 month old border collie/terrier mix. She is extremely energetic, and love people/dogs, but has horrible separation anxiety when we have to leave her. We were hoping for two things: a safe, responsible boarding facility where she would feel welcomed and loved, not trapped, and a daycare to help get her some exercise during a long work week for us. We have easily found both here, and I cannot even begin to imagine sending her anywhere else. After only 2 times of bringing her in, the staff members knew her on site and were excited to welcome her in. They gave us assurances her first several times in regarding how she was doing, and even continue to check in with us at pick up or they have a spare moment. We have run into staff members at community events, and my pup treats them like any other member of the family. She rushes to get in the door, and isn't even nervous to leave us anymore. The staff members are so kind, and attentive, both to owners and animals, and do an absolutely amazing job making sure everyone is safe and cares for appropriately. We now take her to daycare at least once a week, and always look forward to stories about her playtime. They were even able to dress her up and take birthday pictures of her for us because we unfortunately had to be out of town the day it happened this year (I'll attach those here). They have such cute opportunities and features, keep the facility clean, and above all else, truly care about the dogs. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I can, and will continue to do so.

I am so impressed…read more We were both worried about using a dog trainer and letting them take the dog for over a week after the experience we had in 2012 with Marg the dog trainer. Tip Too K9 had the dog for little over a week. He is part hound so he is stubborn to say the least. He came home better but did not want to really listen. The trainer came back out to their house the next week and worked with him again and worked with my daughter and her husband. Again he did better but not quit well and constant. The trainer came back out and took the dog back to keep and train more for over a week again. All this was included in the original cost. Yes the original cost was not cheap but is is well worth it because they keep working with them. Not tacking on more charges. They help you get true results. They brought the dog back home today and the trainer worked at the house with the dog and my daughter for over an hour. Want quality training, people who love what they are doing, love your baby. I walked in at 5:11 this evening hoping to wash my dog. The employee made eye contact with me immediately from the back room. I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes. This wasn't a problem for me until the employee told me that I was too late for a wash. That they stop taking self wash customers at 5:15. It was 5:16 by their clock on the wall. The employee stood in the back until it was after time and turned me away. I was very unsatisfied and very surprised by the poor 'customer service'. There are multiple self serve dog wash businesses in the area. I will start using one of the businesses that I typically pass on the way to SDW.

I've been taking my teacup maltese to Jenks pampered pet's to be groomed for about 3 1/2 years. I have always been so happy with their service. I called them yesterday to the same number I always do to get her scheduled in. Someone named Stephanie answered my call and said the owner was retiring and had sold the business to her. She goes on to say she's currently working from home and asked if that would be okay. I tell her that's not a problem and tells me she'll be texting me her address. I worked today and had my husband drop her off and luckily he took pictures as he was dropping her off. The drop off happened at 8:30am. So I hadn't heard from anyone when I got off work at 1pm so I thought to call and see if they had an approximate time of when she'd be ready. This same lady Stephanie answers the call and when I ask her about Lola she says "you never dropped her off." I said "YES, my husband dropped her off this morning" she then tells me she hasn't been home all day and would ask her roommate who helps her groom the dogs and she'd call me back. Calls me back 5mins later to tell me they don't have Lola and was never dropped off. My heart dropped to my stomach. I hangup and call my husband asking him if he was sure it was the correct house and what the person looked like. He tells me yes and describes the person that took her. I call Stephanie back and ask if they found my Lola and she again denies us ever dropping her off. I told her I was on my way and had pictures of this morning when she was dropped off and of her being handed over to the person helping her. She tells me to text her the pictures. So I do. She calls me back after almost 10mins to tell me they had found her and was in the back room. How does that even happen?! Omg I started bawling my eyes out. I thought I'd never see my fur baby again. So I get there and she let's me come in and takes me to Lola. There is not another dog in sight, but her own big dog so my question is...how can someone miss "seeing" my dog. I grabbed Lola so fast and ran out and didn't say a word. I can't think of anything else other than they were trying to keep her. I am soooo grateful that my husband took the pictures or else I think they would've kept denying it. Not trying to bash home businesses but Please be careful
