We lost our African Grey Parrot, Belle, on the morning of 8/14/26. My husband called and we had an appointment at 1pm, that same day. We brought Belle in and included with the cremation I picked out a carved wooden/urn. I also got a heart (or rectangle) ornament with her foot print and her name and date of death on the other side. All of that, in less than 24 hours for $205. The woman we spoke to was the kindest, most helpful person we have ever met. She made the whole process so much easier. This is a business that is dealing with people who are grieving and many in the industry take advantage. Not this company. My dog died when we were on vacation and the boarding facility that she was at took her to Noah's Ark. This was the first time that I ever had to deal with this and I had no idea of what was involved. When I called Noah's Ark to give the boarding facility permission to proceed they were so sympathetic and caring and took control right away. I was beyond devastated but they handled everything from the start and I will be eternally grateful. They did such a beautiful job with the cremation. May I remind you your business is not the DMV, not a deli counter and not a factory assembly line. Kevin scheduled four grieving families at the same time so Linda was unable to accommodate everyone and resorted to gesturing wildly and yelling from the front porch, instead of respectfully greeting us at our cars. She then had the gall to say "We're all having a tough time today, heh heh". I'm SO sorry for YOUR loss, Linda! Further attesting to the lack of dignity, there were over twelve tote bags with cremated remains lined up by the door, over a dozen beloved pets treated with zero respect. I agree with all of your one-star reviews and I experienced what they experienced. I don't know what happened to your business between last year and now but it's reprehensible. When my friend's cat passed away, I told her not to go to this place because of the callous way I was treated. I don't know why people said they were allowed to say goodbye!? It was nothing like that. My cat was part of the family and 17 years old. I wasn't dropping off a suit to be cleaned. My experience there just made a horrible time even worse. read more

Munchkin was a cat with goals, that got her through 20 years. One of those goals was a mouse. She got the mouse, and a few weeks later passed. My family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Noah's Ark for taking care of our beloved hedgehog. We lost our little Munchkin over this holiday weekend and we're devastated. Not expecting immediate service, we were surprised to hear a kind, compassionate voice when we called at 12:30am! The next morning, we spoke with Kevin, who made us an appointment to come down within the hour. We were greeted at the door by Linda and Ryan who were not only caring and understanding but also so patient. They let us take all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. I have been there way too many times The disrespectful way I was treated by Ryan who is a total control freak is disgusting Not only was I not allowed to spend some time with my pet but asked if I could get slightly larger sandwich bag for a larger clipping and was told"We Don't Have Them " which is a complete lie I have been given them before I don't want some stingy little clipping when all he had to do was run back and get a larger one which I most certainly believe they have as I have gotten them from there before He could not be bothered to do anything in the slightest to accommodate me I was also rushed out thru the garage and not even given the option of selecting the urn I would like I have always pre-selected at drop off and also allowed to spend time with my deceased cat I had an appointment at 4:30 and arrived a few minutes late like mabe 10 minutes late due to traffic and the fact that it is quite a distance for me to travel They say they are open till 5pm Ryan the complete control freak claimed I did not have an appointment which is bull And it took at least 10 minutes of my standing outside in the hot sun to be let in Today when I picked up my cats ashes( not even sure that they are his) I was not even allowed to select the urn I wanted For $235 you had best let me get what I want. I have never before not been given a choice Every urn I selected Ryan would say "That's for Dogs" which is another lie I have selected the same urns before They are small and appropriate for a cat No where does it say Dog on any of them The urns did not differentiate what species they were for Ryan had to have control of everything Including my cats urn I am not even sure that I received my cats ashes as when I got home I noticed that the urn was much heavier than my other cats that had been cremated I opened it up and noticed the volume of ashes was quite a bit more than I had been receiving for all my others and there are many This was a cat that only weighed between 11 to 12pounds It would not surprise me in the least that the ashes I received came from.a different animal I would stay far away from the place as possible Ryan is a complete nut job Rude and unprofessional and believe me I will be contacting the governing agency that oversees funeral homes and will be providing them with details regarding my horrid experience and filing a complaint The rudeness and lies are one thing but to give me someone else's ashes I am quite sure is criminal Stay far far away read more

I am so happy that God guided my eyes and fingers to this website. My 8 year old yorkie Louis N. Brown passed away early yesterday morning from cognitive heart failure. I came here completely last minute in a desperate hope to find an affordable, easy, and genuine place to cremate my chameleon. I worked with Ryan and he was absolutely incredible. It was only 100 dollars to get him done with an included ornament imprint of his tail, name, and date he passed away. Ryan was so caring, gave me the privacy I needed, and walked me through the process without making it seem like he was chasing my money or on limited time. He really sat with me and made me feel amazing about the loss of my animal while also getting to know my chameleon himself by asking questions and relating to me the best he could. I knew he was being left in great hands. The box he came in was a beautiful finished wood and sealed shut. I am so happy I came across this place and definitely recommend it to others.
