I expressed my concerns about the ratio and the wellbeing of the children and the teachers to the director Sonya and she decided to terminate my child's care immediately. I didn't curse her out or anything. I simply expressed my concerns about the fact that it's 1 teacher and AT LEAST 7 infants (there's 7 infants in the classroom my child was in). Texas teacher to infant ratio is 1:4 (0-11 months) and 1:5(12-17 months) and even that is a lot. so for one teacher to be left with up to 9 babies is crazy. The director claims that it's two teachers but every day I picked him up there is not two teachers. The other teacher is with the toddlers. She claims that she cares about the well being of the children and the staff but I can't tell. There was literally a toddler in the room with 7 other infants and still ONE teacher. That is unsafe for all the children and the teacher. If I dropped my child off before the infant teacher got there, my child was out with the bigger kids and they were completely out of ratio. Also they changed the pick up/drop process less than 2 hours after I expressed my concerns about the ratio. It is a really small daycare. Getting to and from the daycare is a hassle. Parking is a nightmare. Navigating through the daycare itself is a hassle. My child was only there for 15 days before he was terminated immediately and it honestly was a blessing in disguise. Please think twice before you send your child here and if you still decide to I wish you and your family the best!

With every single in counter my family had with her the only response she had was " I have never experienced that before". I'm not sure if this started from the moment I informed her my children stated the bus driver who was her son was using curse words and saying the N word while driving bus felt uncomfortable by this that she was unable to effectively do her job or what. I'm assuming the turn around rate at this facility is high as well because there were several different teachers in this room in the short time my children attended. My 6yr old everyday would beg me not to let her come to daycare because we made a big mistake are her words. However my biggest issue is that the she hires people who I guess do not understand how to do their job effectively. The "teacher" (use this term loosely) did not do her job. She failed to communicate with me as the parent of the children. She never spoke or addressed me about anything. Per Margret she felt "uncomfortable ", but if that were the case she should not be a "teacher". Which is also a common thing throughout the entire facility. If they do not know you, you will not be greeted.Margaret complained about small issues that she should have been able to handle and nothing was ever her fault or within her job of handling. Our last straw was her treating my child (9) as a criminal over a toy that shouldn't have been brought to the daycare in the first place nor did he steal. I was not notified of any issues at pickup. My husband and I were notified of the issue at the end of business the next day right before pick up.Margaret is also a liar. If you would like to take your children here, beware if your kids are not raised by "them" they will be mistreated. Also if your children are telling you that any child care center was a mistake, they hate it, or feel uncomfortable there listen to them!

Very rarely had any educational papers to bring home of things that my child had done and learned that day or even that week. When asked to see what their curriculum was, that they are legally suppose to always have handy and to allow any parent to see them, there was always one excuse or another for why they couldn't show me. They will go on and on about how great their curriculum is and have it posted everywhere, yet the children don't learn or do anything educational. I have now put my child in a phenomenal daycare where he actually learns and they can't see how this daycare could've said anything that they did. My child loves to learn and has energy he wants to wear off. This daycare just wants to get paid to babysit all day everyday. Doesn't want to help the children learn or act like the young energy filled children that they are. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place.
