They are consummate professionals--highly knowledgeable, responsive, and diligent in keeping clients informed at every stage of the process. After an unsuccessful attempt to sell our condominium in Temecula with a previous agent, I reached out to Tyson. He responded promptly the same day, and we quickly arranged a meeting. From the outset, he demonstrated thorough preparation and due diligence. Remarkably, on the very first day the property was listed--and after the first showing--we received and accepted a full asking price offer. Tyson's skill and experience were evident throughout the transaction. He navigated challenges with confidence and precision, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. We are truly grateful for the swift sale and for achieving maximum value for our property. His team is equally impressive. Paola was outstanding, and every individual involved contributed to a smooth and efficient experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Tyson and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Their dedication, expertise, and results speak for themselves. We remain sincerely grateful for their exceptional service.

She was very attentive and always available to talk when we had questions. We appreciated Michelle's honesty and transparency, giving us honest feedback about our offer strategy and what to expect throughout the process. She explained things clearly in a way that made it easy to understand for a couple people with no experience in real estate. She was also instrumental in getting us help with lenders, home inspections, and final negotiations in escrow. All in all, we can't can't say enough good things about our experience with Michelle. Totally a used car sales type of real estate company! They are liars & scammers to the max! Rachele Lacey is super unprofessional! She hides information from the buyers & sellers and trys to manipulate the situation by saying she can't eat, her cupboards are bare and had to cancel her son's birthday cause she needed this house to sell so bad! My house! The house I've lived in for 15 years! Not to mention she let me take a week off work, sell all our furniture, fill two dumpsters of clutter because we were downsizing and then failed to mention our buyer had fallen out of escrow due to not being able to obtain financing through FHA! I had to find out this information from the selling agents escrow company (Phoenix escrow group) because my agent Rachele Lacey didn't think it was important information to share with me even though I was the client! She was just continuing to push through the transaction hoping I wouldn't ask any questions because she was desperate for a commission check! She under valued my home and never showed me the appraisal on my property, however, the property that we were buying and had to cancel, recently put that house back on the market & they increased their price based on what the house appraised for, I find that ironic! All these agents are in cahoots together it's sickening how they gouge you, into paying top commission for services that aren't worth a dime of time! I would highly recommend doing your research on finding the right agent and DO NOT use Zillow agents because they're worthless, rude, condescending, and unprofessional! Learn from my mistake because I wish someone would have warned me! #lessonlearned It sucks having to start over in the same house from scratch! Horrible experience from start to finish!

We wanted someone who could handle all aspects of the sale knowing we wouldn't be present. After reading other reviews and seeing how he has worked with several out of town sellers, and then speaking with him directly, we knew he was the right person! The first thing he did was hook us up with a handyman (who not only did a great job, but also in record time). He installed new LVP flooring, painting, installed countertops and more. After completion, Christian scheduled a house cleaner and then a photographer to promote the property. We got the house on the market in about 3 weeks with beautiful pictures and it sold immediately and it closed in 25 days. Through the entire process, Christian was very communicative and kept us in the loop the entire time. I can't imagine how this process could have gone any better! Highly recommend!!

While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.
