I don't know where to start. I was selling my 85 year old mother in law's condo in Boynton beach…read more I am in NJ so I spoke to few companies. Noel gave me a great vibe while we discussing the problems I encountered, mold being the biggest problem. I had to trust someone and I felt this company was the one. I crossed my fingers and hired them. They had to remediate a bedroom where sheetrock was removed. They replaced the sheetrock and painted it and you would never even know the wall was ripped apart. I was amazed how professional the job was. Next the kitchen had mold under the sink. They took care of that and had to rebuild cabinets that were affected by the mold. Again top notch work. Then the nightmare continued where more mold was discovered in master bedroom. The clock was ticking as we had a closing date on sale of the house. They handled that as well. I finally got to meet Noel and Jeb in person when arrived in Florida. They both answered every call and text I sent whether it was 8:00 in the morning or 9:00 at night. I never felt more confident with a company in my life. These guys were so professional, respectful and empathetic to the stress that mold can produce when trying to get rid of it. The day of the final mold test Jeb was there at 7:00am to meet me and assured me this will pass. The closing on the house was 2 days later. Not to be redundant but this review pales in comparison to what these guys did for me. I will be in their debt forever. As an owner of 2 businesses myself it's a breath of fresh air to find a company like this. I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can use my name and number anytime for a referral Thanks again Bobby B 11/16/2021

My neighbor had a pipe leak that they were working on and thought it might be best to check the neighboring units in case they were impacted (my HOA didn't tell me they did). Top Flight came over and tested and I had significant moisture. They were so empathetic to my situation and worked around my schedule to come in and set up fans. Their staff (Britney stands out) is ON TIME and COMMUNICATIVE (which no one is in Florida). They were clear with communication, patient when I was stressed and went above and beyond what they needed to in order to ensure my home was in good shape. They didn't just stop when their work was done. Jon spent hours on the phone with me guiding me on how to deal with insurance and even put me in touch with a phenomenal construction company who provides the same level of white glove service. Given how long fans had to be in my home the staff became family. I had a lot going on and was comfortable enough to leave my door unlocked so they could come and go as they needed since I knew they were going above and beyond for me. The Top Flight team became family. I always stocked the fridge for them and made sure they were hydrated... It's rare that you are said when a service team is done in your house but I actually missed seeing them every day. On top of how timely, polite and communicative they were they also were extremely careful in the home. They left everything cleaner than when they arrived and were just such a pleasure to be around. They always were optimistic and happy and made a stressful situation far more manageable. I know my neighbor and I still plan to do a BBQ with the staff because they just became that integrated in our lives. Simply put they saved me... from stress, money and whacko contractors who don't respect your time. I am forever in debt to them and would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you Top Flight!!!
