I found them through another doctor referral. I was able to get an appointment the same day and walked out feeling a lot lighter and didn't have any pain. I am in my 3rd trimester and going back weekly until birth. It also felt like post adjustment baby had a lot more room to move around. Dr. Forsyth was amazing and took the time to address my concerns, after the adjustment she had me move around to see how I was feeling. I still had some slight discomfort and she helped tweak/adjust some more and showed me various stretches and exercises I could do to help relieve pressure and discomfort. Most of the other ones i've been to, tend to just adjust and then walk you out to schedule the next appointment. Prices are pretty reasonable, they also have different packages which makes each treatment more affordable. AND they also gave a free prenatal massage with my 1st consultation/adjustment :D Highly recommend if you are looking for a prenatal chiro!! Tabitha (who works at the front desk) was super friendly, responsive and helpful, especially with insurance stuff.

She didn't question my use of Rx drugs or diagnoses, instead she listened attentively and asked me about recent bloodwork. This was a relief because there are natural medicine practitioners who will tell you to stop taking medicines prescribed to you. After one session I felt a great relief of stress and tension. After a week of taking herbs my symptom severity was cut in half. Now that I've finished two weeks of herbs and a few weeks of acupuncture, my symptoms have almost gone. I have been able to stop taking my antacid medications because I simply don't need them. I would highly recommend Dr. Koo's services to anyone. A note on the location: CHA Acupuncture has just recently moved and it can be a bit hard to see from the street. There is a green building with a small opening to a parking lot in the back next to it. It's right next to Brio Apartments. I'm including a pic to help out.

I can only say that I used to go to a very fancy and expensive place in Beverly Hills. Jenny Li is every bit as good if not better. If you want to pay more for your visit, pay parking, and fight traffic - go to the expensive place. If you want to really get well and have less hassle, go to Jenny. She is certainly clean and uses fresh needles. Its all in your perspective. I have no reservations about recommending Dr. Jenny.

I made the mistake of sending my dad to her, who had been suffering from pain in his neck and arm. Rather than stick to her lane and just practice acupuncture, she told my dad that he IMMEDIATELY needed to get off Gabapentin and cancel a pending surgery. GOOGLE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ABRUPTLY CUT OFF GABAPENTIN. It's horrible. It's life threatening. My father ended up in the emergency room and our entire family dealt with a horrible medical (physical and mental) crisis. Thanks, "Dr" Lee! Thanks for a memory we'll never forget, thinking I was witnessing my dad die. I cannot believe this woman is still allowed to practice any kind of health treatment when she so clearly doesn't understand how unqualified she is to give medical advice to vulnerable patients- not to mention how dangerous it is. That she hasn't been sued into oblivion is incredible. STAY AWAY.

There is an acupuncture clinic operated by Dr. Shin near my home, and I had been a regular patient there for several years. Recently, I developed a herniated disc in my neck. Since I have always thought highly of Dr. Shin's medical skills, I was actually happy to call the clinic and make an appointment. However, the manager who answered the phone abruptly refused to schedule an appointment. Instead, she told me that three medical bills from eight months ago had not been paid because the insurance company had refused to cover them, and that I personally had to take care of the entire $360 balance for those three visits. Out of nowhere, they brought up medical bills that were already eight months old and told me that since they had not been paid, I had to resolve the issue before they would even make an appointment for me. I was so shocked and frustrated that I immediately called my insurance company to find out what was going on. The insurance company told me that there was absolutely no record of the clinic ever submitting or requesting payment for these bills. I specifically asked whether Dr. Shin's clinic had ever submitted these claims, and they confirmed that there was no record of any such claims. So I asked the insurance representative to contact Dr. Shin's clinic directly and explain in detail how the billing and claims process works, since apparently the clinic did not understand or know how to properly handle the process. I also asked them to help resolve the case. A few hours later, I called Dr. Shin's clinic to speak with the employee who had handled the matter and explain what the insurance company had told me. But instead of apologizing for their mistake, the employee continued to act as though nothing had happened, trying to brush the whole matter aside with an extremely dismissive and unpleasant attitude. I was honestly at a loss for words. Rather than taking care of the patient's appointment first, the clinic chose to put the entire burden of unpaid medical bills--apparently resulting from their own negligence and failure to properly handle the claims--on the patient, without making even the slightest effort to resolve the issue themselves. This kind of rude and irresponsible treatment has unfortunately made me decide that I will never return to Dr. Shin's clinic again. Dr. Shin, your medical skills are important, but the way your staff treats patients and the level of courtesy and customer service they provide are just as important. I sincerely hope you will pay more attention to this aspect of your practice as well.
