I went urgently to this dental practice with broken part of tooth. I went there because of my permanent dentist was not available. So, the dentist Mr. Matthew Butcher put a filling very quickly, at the end of work did not provide even a mirror to show me what he had done, he only showed me a scan of my teeth on the computer screen while explaining all treatment procedure. I was trust him till end of the treatment even I was under pain. I had a terrible pain caused by nurse's action as she was pressing hard on my gums while using dental saliva ejector. As a consequence, I had a bleeding, dark blue sport and pain, and finally, I noticed at home an even curve shape of my tooth. So, I had a gap between two teeth where food always get stuck, and the gum are getting swollen.
Next day when I arrived at the clinic the receptionist rejected my demand to me to see the dentist and did not offer to assist nor did she show any care or compassion. Also, she claimed that dentist was busy with patient and not available. I decided to go directly to speak with him. I shocked when I saw him sitting alone in his office and asked him to review what he had done and rectify the problem. As I said I was in pain and of course very unhappy and unsatisfied, but he refused to do so and said he had explain clearly what he had done and did not want to bother further.
Finally, when the practice manager came to the room , she did not help me did she ask me what happened. She just asked me to leave clinic.
Of course I was expecting to have a god service, nice treatment, friendly and professional staff from expensive dental practice in centre of Chelsea, as I used to have in dental clinics in New York, Russia , London (even NHS clinic was amazing service). But unfortunately , I've got the worst experience ever- dental malpractice, poorly performed, indifferent, unconcern and unhelpful management At private clinic.
In a while , I went to see few other dentists to get some opinions about rectify a problem , and finally , I've got a super treatment! read more
