I had a very unpleasant experience with US Demo and Hauling and would NOT recommend them. I hired…read morethem for a partial pool demolition and here's what went wrong-- 1) They left scratches all over the driveway from the heavy machinery. The owner said these were "normal", but offered to power wash the driveway. After the wash, the scratches are still visible because they cut so deep into the concrete. I asked my neighbor for his opinion who is the civil engineer & he agreed the driveway was scratched badly from the heavy equipment 2) They left my backyard fence damaged. They removed it to allow access for their heavy equipment and left a sizable gap in the fence and the concrete anchor was pulled apart from the post. We had just installed this fence 1.5 years ago. 3) A portion of my landscape used to be covered with the pebble rocks, is now barren because they incidentally pulled them into the pool filling. 4) The pool demolition now has a section that has caved in about 24"x15"x6" plus other smaller holes & cracks on the newly filled up area. The original quo for the project was 4-5 days. However, it was done in a hasty manner and completed in 2.5 days causing noticeable damages to the property. They said they weren't responsible. This has been a nightmare of an experience that has left so many damages because of their rush, careless, & irresponsible work.
