Very knowledgeable staff and owner. Great customer service. Lots of patience for customers new to vaping. Chris did an excellent job of walking me through the selection process of my first setup and explaining how everything works together. He was more concerned about me enjoying my purchase than selling me the most expensive gear. I was also pleasantly surprised when we brought in my husband's broken mod for evaluation. (Can't remember his name to save my life rigjt now. Sorry!) We mentioned something wonky about mine, and the owner replaced it for the difference of what I paid on the original. I wound up with store credit that we applied to my husband's new mod. He was just as focused on my satisfaction rather than selling me the most expensive gear. Their juices are all commercially made. Although you can't have them make special blends, you do get a flavor consistency from bottle to bottle. This also provides a degree of safety to the customers. It should also be noted that they have a full "juice bar". Every flavor sold is available to sample with zero nicotine. They also provide mouth pieces for sanitation. Some shops may provide illicit substances in their mixes. This is especially important for military customers due to regular drug testing. My husband and I had been a tad worried about the potential for accidentally putting some in his juice. The sealed bottles here helped provide some reassurance in that department. I was in the shop when another customer told us about having an unexpected trip because of that very scenario. read more

Very good selection of premium juice, probably the best on the coast prices on mods are high very high at least a few months back and the prices were not listed on the case either. Mike is a good guy and has some good employees. I don't have any problems with this vape store. read more

Terrible customer service and awful prices. Please do not ever shop here. They don't care about your vape just argue with you about what coils "should" work for it. Swore I would never return and decided to give them one more chance but yet again you have failed me. All they want is your money, could care less about you or your vape. Terrible people! Sorry I had to give 1 star wish there was room for none read more

This review is for No Smoke About It 2.0 (Bay Waveland Store) This place is amazing! The staff are very knowledgeable and kind, also a wee bit goofy...lol. I started going to this shop about a year or so ago after being dissatisfied with another shop that was farther away. I started vaping 2 1/2 years ago to quit smoking. I still consider myself a newbie. They answer all my questions with patience and understanding no matter how crazy they sound. Recently started building my own coils and they taught me how to do it. Whenever I have a problem with my vape (whether I bought it from them or not) they always try to help me troubleshoot. Yes you can get things online cheaper, but then you have to pay shipping, but in the end I'm okay with paying a little more because of the service and expertise. Also I love supporting local businesses, we should all do it when we can. And OMG their house juice is amazing! They have their own offsite FDA regulated lab where they make the juice. I have tried other juices that have rave reviews and they r just not as flavorful. I don't know how they do it, but it's awesome! I love their peanut butter banana flavor and german chocolate cake flavor. I'm telling you if you want to quit smoking go see them, they will inform you and help you! Super friendly staff of knowledgeable and trustworthy folks. They will tell you exactly the way it is even if it doesn't make them a dollar. They have the best juice bar selection on the coast bar none. They carry all premium designer eliquids that are a bit more expensive than typical $7 mix it in the back vape shops. But the flavors and the selection are unlike any you'll find in one of those other shops that mix your liquid for you... Not to mention all the bottles are sealed and I don't have to worry about someone who just took a crap mixing up my juice with his hands he didn't wash. More sanitary, and much higher standards which are reflected in the juices. Any way, this place is awesome. They've got me so that I don't go anywhere else for my vaping supplies! read more

When you go into any of the shops, (4 total) you are greeted by friendly staff and always a smile and eager to help with anything. I went in and said I want to feel like I am smoking a cigarette but not smell like one! Bam, I got it! A few months later, after going in every week, trying different flavors, watching the people, I decide... I want a CLOUD! BAM! I got it! These people have helped me with everything I have needed from trouble shooting the mod for me to changing my coils to helping me find the right flavor for me, I will NEVER go anywhere else! This shop is awesome. I've been going to a few of the other shops in town for a while but I recently found No Smoke About It and I have to say this shop is superior to the others in every way. The juice that they carry here is amazing it actually tastes like what they say it is going to taste like. I really liked the pink champagne and the pear flavors from Avalanche. They also carry Joytech ego twists, when I switched to this battery my life changed. The batteries last longer and the hit is much stronger. The tanks that they carry are the best tanks I have tried. You get better flavor from the juice and the juice lasts a lot longer. No leaking, no trouble cleaning, no hassle. Love this place read more

Needed to grab some disposable vapes and the shop near me was closed. Came out to No Smoke About It on HWY49 and got some great service. Normally every shop I go to I try to get some knowledge on the latest pods and flavors, normally the workers just give me Vague description of each flavor (this ones ok, this ones ok, this ones good, this ones okay) and they always turn out horrible lol. But today they hooked me up and explained each flavor to me in detail, I grabbed three and each were absolutely amazing. 100% my new vape shop. read more
