On very short notice I needed flowers to send to a funeral. The owner, Chris Owens, was so very helpful to me. I know nothing really about flowers and I had a certain price I could spend. He suggested a few and described each one. He was so kind and took his time with me. I ordered and he got them there in plenty of time. So many people commented on how beautiful those flowers were. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. My husband wanted to surprise me and have flowers delivered for my birthday At my work, the flowers arrived and were not at all fresh the roses were crepey and some of the others were starting to wilt. It was very disappointing and I did not accept them. When we called and spoke to Chris he told us that they would not be replaced or refunded and that we can pick them up whenever we want to. He also told my husband "you think this is Walmart and you can get a refund". We will file a dispute with our bank, and would advise anyone to go elsewhere. Can't speak to their product, but had a very ridiculous encounter just trying to make an appointment. We wanted to speak with someone about pricing for our wedding but were told that it would cost $100 just to get a quote. Absurd. Take your business elsewhere, haven't run into a single other florist who charges you to speak with them. read more

He sent my daughter home with her order missing a ribbon and sold her someone's else's corsage and boutonnière instead of the boutonnière ordered by my other daughter. He never apologized for the mix up nor having never provided the missing boutonnière. He said he would refund the amount charged then argued he owed less when the refund he gave was less than he stated. Finally, he YELLED that he would refund the "whole damn amount...to be done with you." I'm definitely done and advise anyone else to avoid this situation by not shopping there. read more
