The email explains it all. Had this appointment for over a month and they decided to cancel on me less than 48 hours from the appointment time. I look on their Facebook page they have shut down all reviews (shocker) but I see a post about them advertising to hurry to book for your wedding that they were booked out till mid May, two days prior to me getting this email. First of all, if your questioning weather or not you want to continue to service wedding events don't make a big post about them. Second, if you do choose not to service wedding events then don't take further appointments and only finish out the ones who have already booked with you. This is bad business the way this was all handled. read more

I was surprised by the lack of customer service provided by this establishment, especially with several reviews explaining how great it was. As soon as I walked-in, I was not greeted with a hello, or even a non-verbal welcome. The lack of greeting automatically set a tension with the rest of my time in Rose's. All my questions were answered with one word responses and when I finally made my request, the 5 roses they brought out from the back were lacking quality. They were not terrible, but they did not give me the sense that I will be coming back for future business. I normally can overlook average commodities from stores, if they have great customer service to combat it, but this place is missing the mark entirely! read more

Disappointed isn't even the word for what I felt walking out of roses. My husband is in the military stationed in biluxi and new to the area and I am from Pennsylvania. I was coming down this weekend so we could get married and needed a bouquet and I felt very confident they would give me something perfect. I spoke with them on the phone and through email and they were very sweet and seemed to understand what I wanted clearly. I wasn't entirely specific in what I wanted but I told them everything I didn't want (for example, big daisies) and I told them very specially that I needed white and BLUE and I wanted it uneven. What I got was a perfectly round bouquet full of huge daisies and PURPLE irises. There was nothing special about this literally anyone could have thrown it together no artistic thought put into this whatsoever. We were required to pay with a card ahead of time SIXTY FIVE dollars. I didn't say anything when I picked it up. Partially because I was too in shock about what they had just handed me. I knew they don't keep any flowers in Stock so they could make something different either. They ladies were super nice but they clearly don't know what they're doing. I ordered flowers on the morning of the 9 January 2019 for my best friends birthday and it is now the evening of 12 Jan 2019 and my friend have not received her gift. I normally purchase from 1800FLOWERS, but I wanted to try a local company in hopes of better quality ( 1800Flowers is always good, however I've heard of the perks of hiring local). Not to mention, I also called the company to check the status(since my friend never called/text to say thank you and she always does) and the representative that accepted the call told me that the delivery person was still on the run of the day and ensured me that my order was on the delivery list( she acted as if I was bothering her). My order was for same day delivery which is more of a disappointment. Don't waste your money. My intention to celebrate a very special person in my life was ruined by their lack of service. I haven't received a phone call, email, message, or text relaying any issues or a refund! BAD SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! I am not a review writing person, but this is under my skin. read more

In addition, the arrangement was already wilting when I received it, petals were missing from main "flowers" and some of the roses were already browning. Great service. Bridgette was kind and helpful from the second I called. My friend lost a child and I do not live in the same state and was unable to visit but wanted to send something beautiful. I chose this place based on the amazing reviews on Google. I told her what kind of flowers I was going for and how much I wanted to spend. There were other places online that would have been a little cheaper but I will gladly spend extra money on family owned businesses that are attentive and helpful and are willing to go the extra mile which I feel as though she did. Do NOT Give them your business. I ordered a Spa Gift Basket Deluxe for my daughter's birthday. Three price ranges....$60, $75, $90.00. The Basket "shown" for $75.00 was very pretty and full- so I figured the Deluxe at $90.00 must be fabulous!- and I Ordered it. Well, when it arrived it did not even look as nice as the $75.00 one pictured. Very skimpy, thrown together, with purchses from the Dollar Store, and NOT worth $30.00 let alone $90.00. To make matters worse- my daughter stayed home ALL DAY for the delivery- she left the house at 5:00 for her b-day dinner. They delivered it just after she left. WHY so late? They had ALL DAY - 10 hours! Then the delivery driver (a kid who spoke broken English) called and left me a voicemail that no one was home so they left it with a neighbor 3 houses down. My daughter has never even met these people. So it took her two days to cordinate their schedules where she could stop over and get her now, THREE DAY OLD birthday Basket. What a joke. I also emailed Roses Florist and told them this and they never cared enough to respond. I then left a bad review on their website- which magically ndisaapeared- so they only allow posts with good reviews. These guys are SHADY. Avoid this florist at all costs! read more

I'm really glad that I placed my order before seeing the yelp reviews! I live in California & wanted to send something to a family member living in Biloxi. Lucy answered the phone she was so helpful and understanding of my desire to surprise this family member with a delivery that day. She listened to what I wanted & described a few options they had available in the shop for that day that could be delivered. She even added fun little touches to make it personal too, including: a little stuffed bear holding a real flower, a balloon, a note expressing my sentiment & other small appropriate adornments. I didn't realize it was a local holiday that day & this place was pretty busy- I had called the shop just before closing to confirm that my order was still being delivered & was disappointed when no one answered the phone. Ten minutes later I get a call from a different Biloxi number, and it's LUCY! Calling me from the road to make sure I knew my order was being delivered- I was beyond thrilled! I got a facetime call from the intended recipient & was so glad to see it was even prettier than I'd imagined it would be. I will definitely be calling Rose's Florist again for deliveries to my friends & family in the area. read more

We recently buried my parents in the Biloxi National Cemetery where they only allow one floral arrangement. I contacted Rose's and they exceeded all my expectations. The standing bouquet was an array of spectacular flowers - nothing dreary - all fresh and colorful. They delivered it at exactly the right time and we felt the price was very reasonable.
