I would like to highly recommend No Shorts Electric. They are so responsive, friendly, and very professional. I was experiencing issues with my outdoor lighting. The path lights in the front of the house and a few of the up lights in the back were not working. Chris came out the very next day to assess the situation and by that afternoon I felt comfortable with his recommendations and the price so an appointment was made to do the repairs. Chris and Toni returned returned a few days later, the repairs were made and new lights installed. They were so good, so nice, and I'll say it again so professional. I'm very pleased. They will have my business in the future and suggest that if you have electrical need you give them your business as well. Thank you all. read more

I highly recommend No Shorts Electrical.   I required two light fixtures to be hung from the ceiling in my great room, measuring a little over 19 feet. Additionally, I needed three outlets added above a row base cabinets in my upstairs hallway.     I found No Shorts Electrical to be very competitively priced after calling and obtaining several quotes. I dealt with the owner directly (Mitchell). I found him to be knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and professional.   When he came in person to provide an estimate, he wore a mask, and later when he and his crew showed up to perform the work (on time), everyone arrived with face coverings.   Everyone from No Shorts Electrical was friendly, provided thorough explanations for the work they were about to perform, and ensured that we were all on the same page before moving forward with activities that there would be no turning back once begun.   The end result, we love our light fixtures! Mitchell made sure that we were 100% satisfied. One of the light fixtures didn't naturally hang straight (no fault of the installation); however, Mitchell tried and successfully made the necessary adjustments to ensure the light fixture hung just as square/straight as its partner.   My hubby is pretty handy and can handle most electrical work himself; however, if ever we need the services of a professional electrician again, we will definitely contact Mitchell w/ No Shorts Electrical to perform the services. read more

I had to get my electrical box at my condo replaced, it was mandated by stinking hoa. They wouldn't pay for it but instead gave me a list of numbers to call. Mitchell at No shorts electric was the best price, and word was most of my building was going with him. We got the notices Months ago but I thought it was bullshit so I waited last minute to get it done. Thankfully Mitchell got it done just before the deadline ;) He was sick of doing my building but squeezed me in last minute. I'm happy with the work he did, and I can now sell my condo if I wanted. I actually gave him a key and left to do the work. The Next day I got pictures of the work and he put the key back in the lock box. As far as trouble goes this guy is super chill, honest, and fair. read more

No Shorts Electric - Donated shirts - Electricians Near Me

We had a QuietCool fan installed. The guys worked fast, were efficient and they did a fantastic job. The price was right and Mitch made sure we got the right size for our home. We got the Stealth 5.5. It's really quiet, has 3 settings (low, medium, high) with a timer. The QuietCool fan is a whole attic fan that sucks all the hot, stale air out of the house. And it brings in the cool, fresh air from outside. Our master bedroom is extremely stuffy. I can feel a huge difference in the bedroom and the entire house feels cool. Great alternative to going solar. read more

Fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Payment process was super quick and easy. All of my questions were answered over the phone by Mitchell, who was patiently professional. April 2018 I had Mitchell and his company No Short Electric out at my residence again for more work. Installed 2 ceiling fans including 1 outdoor and 1 indoor which needed ceiling reinforcement, hung an indoor light, installed 4 outside motion dusk til dawn lights and installed another ring floodlight in my backyard. I have to say the most reliable and honest electrician I've ever hired. Totally stoked and I highly recommend. (951) 692-0028 read more

I can't say enough positive things about No Shorts Electric! Mitch came out and replaced our very old, and hazardous 100amp panel with a new 200amp panel. It was a big job, on one of the hottest days in OC, but he was professional and courteous the whole time. He did great, clean work. Unfortunately, he had to come back out another day for the inspection, as our city is one of the very few that requires the contractor be present. I know that was a huge inconvenience for him to come back out, but he did with a smile. I will hire No Shorts for any electric job I ever need. ...........A few months later: We hired No Shorts again, this time to run electricity to our new hot tub. Mitch sent 2 of his completely capable guys out to handle it, and they did great! I wish I could remember their names now, but they were also very professional, courteous, and respectful. Mitch IS the standard, and he clearly holds his crew to the same! Really a standup bunch of guys at No Shorts. read more

Mitchell came over quickly, fixed up everything quickly, and was a pleasure to talk to and get to know too. He fixed up my Ring Floodlight security camera (a wire had come undone from my install attempt) and he figured out the wiring for it to turn it on, helped get it set up on my phone and connect it to my wifi (he's done dozens of installs). Then he fixed up 6 interior outlets, 1 of which was a GFI that supports several outlets. He got all of that done quickly and it's made our home feel upgraded, safer, and easier to use now! read more

Being a Heritage Lake resident, Mitchell came to our home for a free estimate. He helped me troubleshoot an electrical issue I was having with our jacuzzi tub and ended up having the problem solved in 5 minutes. (It was a tripped GFCI circuit hidden behind a dresser in a closet.) I tried to pay him for his time but he refused. I will definitely call this guy next time i need something, and hopefully get to pay him next time. Thanks for the help, Mitchell! read more

We just recently bought our first home and after thoroughly inspecting everything, realized we were dealing with an original 1964 panel. After moving in we found that outlets throughout the entire house (including one in almost every room and a whole wall in the family room) were getting no power. After asking a family friend for a referral we were advised to give Mitch at No Shorts Electric a call. We called and left a message and our call was returned within 24 hours. We explained what was happening in our new home and Mitch scheduled with us right away to come and take a look at it. After looking at the panel, he explained that what was happening with the inside outlets was probably due to the outdated panel. We were already informed by the home inspector that the panel was undersized for the house and was going to need an upgrade so we felt we were already prepared for the news. Especially after we had previously tried to push one of the breakers in and it sparked. Mitch was great when explaining exactly what they needed to do. I was especially happy that it included taking care of all the permits and patching the outside with new stucco and paint. Everything inside is working perfectly now, and Ed and Kyle that came and did most of the work were diligent and precise with everything. They made sure they covered all their bases and everything not only is working great, but looks amazing too. Mitch also did a great job of checking in with us and making sure we were satisfied with the work from start to finish. The best part of our experience was the price, not only did they exceed our every expectation regarding quality of work, they gave us a beyond fair price! If you are looking for good clean quality work with no bs hiccups and headache free go with No Shorts Electric you will not be disappointed! read more

No Shorts Electric - After the work was completed. New 200 amp panel, with patched stucco and perfect paint match! - Electricians Near Me

I had two other electricians do work that didn't fix the problem. The problem with flickering continued. I had two more opinions and one thought I would need a whole new panel. I talked to Mitch and he warned it may need a new panel. He came out and worked his magic, he was able to repair and relabel the box for less than the other's charged me to do it wrongly. So after four professionals I finally had the right one to diagnose the problem correctly. He was, honest, quick, and reasonable. I will call on him for any future electrical problems. I am so thankful for Mitch. It's really important to have a contractor you can trust and I trust Mitch!! read more

Mitchell came out within 15 minutes of our call, he was very polite and informative . Luckily for us he shut the rest of our power off and called the electric company and informed them that we were only getting 1/2 the power to our house. Thank you again!! read more

Mitchell and Jeremiah came to upgrade the electrical panel at my house. Pricing is competitive but VERY fair. Definitely the best VALUE for your money. They worked well with the city permit department & SCE to get what they needed in a prompt and professional manner. They were efficient, conscientious about minimizing the disruption at my home, were careful about furniture and appliances, worked hard and always kept a smile while reassuring me every step of the way. They answered all of my questions professionally and followed up to make sure everything was working like it should. My parents were impressed at how fast the work was completed without short cuts. The quality of work speaks for itself. They have a certain pride in their work and it shows. We recommend them to anyone needing an electrician! Bill, Dee & Sirena Todd Redlands, CA read more
