I can't speak to the Grooming as my dog never made it through the door. I made an appointment for…read morethis morning nearly 3 months ago because this groomer is so booked up. But last night my dog Who is a happy little 15 pounder and loved by all groomers, shut down and didn't wanna move. He has a history of a slip disc and sometimes it acts up and he shuts down and doesn't wanna move. That happened last night, so early this morning before my dog was up and about I called the groomer and left a message to let them know my dog wasn't up to it. I apologized for such late notice. Anyway when my dog awoke he was fine, clearly his condition has resolved. He's running around chasing the cats. So I called the groomer back over an hour before my appointment time this morning because I had not heard back and left a message that I would be there after all because my dog was fine. She immediately called me back and declined and told me I couldn't bring my dog in because she was not comfortable grooming him. I assured her he was fine now & the worst that could happen was the disc could slip again and he wouldn't feel well. She declined. Honestly, I was surprised, as dogs having slipped disc's are quite common. So I asked would she ever be comfortable Grooming him and she said no. So be warned, if your dog has a history of a slipped disc either don't tell this groomer or don't book your dog.

Now, they will not groom my 15 year, old ten pound, dog because she moves around too much! They suggested sedating her! Mind you, they cut her hair in 90 minutes. She must have been a real handful to do it that quick! Have some patience with a deaf dog with cataracts! They treat older dogs like garbage, you should just throw them out and not take care of them in their opinion! Why would they want to have any compassion! They can get a new, younger dog for a customer and make more money! After all, my dog is a senior citizen so why bother! They say on their Facebook page they support older dogs! Complete BS!

My husband and I had to go out of town unexpectedly. We were only able to take our little dog…read more That meant leaving our big guy Bruno, our cat Sketchy and our old sage Basil. I was nervous leaving them, but after meeting Cheryl my concerns and fears were much less. Cheryl left us activity logs explaining the things she did with our "babies" from watering them to playing with them. Our old cat (who is over 15) even came out and was very affectionate with Cheryl. You have to understand how shy Basil is with strangers to appreciate that significant moment. It warmed my heart tremendously to see Basil and Cheryl interact together. Cheryl was wonderful with all our "babies". I can't imagine having anyone but Cheryl watch our "babies" in the future. She's warm, affectionate and caring. The fact she knows pet first aid only added to my confidence in her. In my honest opinion she is the best if the best!

Dr. Perez is a very good vet. we have seen a few vets in my over 30 years of having furry family…read moremembers, in comparison, he is very honest and really cares about your pet. He is a one dr. practice and very busy, but unlike a 5 dr. animal hospital he gets back to you after you have seen him were other vets concentrate on just treating new patients and skip the already paid people for the information they need. J Java's is a very compassionate & caring vet clinic. Staff is very pleasant as well unlike other animal hospitals we have paid. My favorite thing about Dr Perez and Java's is you get to be with your pet when he treats them in the same room, like drawing blood. He is very honest and tells pet parents what they need to hear verses what they want to hear. He will also find an answer if he doesn't know instead of acting like he knows telling you something to get paid and get you out the door like many other vets do. We truly found a great vet! He has taken care of my 2 dogs and 4 cats and i trust and gladly take them to him any day. Java's just lost everything to a fire, & with in 2 weeks he is seeing furry patients again. This shows you his dedication to the animals and pet parents this animal clinic helps. During this emergency time i went through 7 vets to get my pet's meds refilled all but 1 (in a 3 hr radius to home) were rude and knew the situation and unwilling to help including town and country who has 3 offices in 3 cities and said none were accepting new patients, they wouldn't be able to fill my dog's script without blood work results and they would get back to me until 4 days later if they could or not approve a refill. I could not get through to Java's on the phone because of the fire. Nor do i have internet on my phone to know he was still calling in his pateints meds, but while he was going through the loss of loosing his entire life, home and career to the fire he built for up for years he continued to call pets ergently needed meds in! This Doctor truly cares for animals and his heart is in this! We are all sooo blessed that he and his family were all ok, and that he has decided to stay and continue to practice vet., medicine! Please be patient as they transition with in 2 weeks of everything and support them how every you can because you won't find another vet who cares as much as Dr. Perez!

Refuses to take responsibility if something goes wrong, and blames the owner. He thinks he is God, but let me tell you he is FAR from it. I wish he would leave town. Better no vet here than the likes of him!!! I know some people swear by him, but from my personal experience he is the bottom of the barrel!! If you truly love your fur baby, stay away from this "Vet" clinic!!! Poor excuse for both a vet, and a "human" being. All around poor care both during and after treatment.

Never board your dog at Les Anges Gardiennes. They stopped having someone stay with the animals…read moreovernight over a year ago, but didn't tell customers. They just pretend nothing changed. They put the dogs in cages, stacked floor to ceiling, in a tiny room with signs banning entry, so owners don't know how badly their animals are being treated. From the time the daycare closes at 7:00pm until after 7:00am the next morning there is no one there, and the dogs are stuck in little cages for 12+ hours. There is just a camera in the room and who knows if they monitor that. They make a show of putting some cats roaming freely in an office off reception, but they won't show you where they actually stick the dogs who are boarding there: in tiny cages that are off-limits and behind closed doors. I saw the disgusting room because a lovely person in reception told me to avoid boarding there, and showed me the room even though they could have been fired. The people who work in the daycare are fabulous, but the woman who runs the place, Vanessa, is super sweet to your face and takes your money, and then shoves your dog, alone and scared, in a small room and lies to you about someone being there. Oh, also, Vanessa steals tips. The people who work there are so lovely (and you should tip them!!!) but NEVER let Vanessa see you do it, she'll take it for herself, because "they owe her." NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.
