It has taken a slide since the original co-owner passed away then sold. The current staff is friendly and provides great service. Food? They are cutting corners. Example: Prime rib served with woody, thick asparagus stalks (no tips). prime was decent /-not amazing like it used to be. Walleye, not fresh. Mushy. Fish tasting. Signature coleslaw with large cabbage butts and ends. Not the thinly sliced l, carefully sauced salad that was served years ago. I like the staff here and want to see the place succeed. That's why I keep coming. I hope the food quality improves.

The stand out for me is the green bean fries, I know green bean fries aren't especially difficult to do and they're kind of the same everywhere but honestly not that many people do them so I'm always happy when they're available. They were great I've dipped them in their seasoned sour cream and was very happy with them.
