This place is AMAZING! We were headed back home after a night at Treasure Island and were looking for a good breakfast/brunch. I did a search on Yelp and came across this place that was only a few minutes off our route and it was more than worth the extra 5 mins. The interior was filled with little signs and rubber ducks. For drinks I ordered the Bloody Mary which came with a spotted cow chaser and my husband ordered the mimosa. We spotted they had spotted cow cheese curds and ordered these. They were absolutely amazing and rivaled the Mouth Trap Cheese Curds you get at the Minnesota State Fair. For entrees I ordered the Butcher Omelet with Hollandaise and it was so delicious and packed with fillings. I had no hope in finishing it so we took it home for leftovers. My husband ordered the Three Little Pigs Benedict and noted it was a top 3 benedicts he has ever had (he loves benedicts). I also ordered a cold brew cocktail I think it was the Spiked Salty Caramel and it was delicious and decadent! The entire time we were there people kept stopping in and visiting the bartender to get drinks and it was so fun to see. She was absolutely so fantastic and one of those bartenders you would go back to see over and over. Just a bummer its not close to our house. Went to this restaurant for the first time on Mother's Day this year. (Crazy choice to go to a breakfast diner on the busiest day of the year, but we were so impressed.) There was a 45-minute wait for a table for two but we snagged a couple spots at the bar and sat down right away. The bartender/waitress was a pure delight. Despite how crazy busy it was, she was pleasant and helpful and efficient. (I'm sorry I can't remember her name.) And they were offering free mimosas to all the ladies which was a nice bonus. Hubby and I both ordered the eggs Benedict with a side of hashbrowns. Everything was perfectly cooked and we were delighted with the crispy hash browns Strangely, we find crispy, perfectly cooked hashbrowns very rarely. And we have breakfast out fairly often. In the last 2 years I've been to over 100 breakfast places around the Twin Cities...think of that as my pilgrimage. After all of those, I can say Kitchen Table is the absolute best. While I only had the Hangover Hash for years - absolutely perfect breakfast - I started trying other items off the menu. The Hot Mother Clucker and Three Little Pigs are phenomenal. But, the best of all and the best in the Twin Cities is the Biscuits & Gravy. Hanisch Bakery biscuits and the absolutely best and perfect sausage gravy easily beats every other B&G in the metro and dare I say it, in the entire country. Downtown Prescott has been upping its game. This place is small but mighty in its service and atmosphere. Staff is friendly and they hustle to take care of you. I've heard twice from two different wait staff they love working there. Food portions are plentiful and at a reasonable price. This was a lovely brunch spot. They offered all of the brunch classics at a very reasonable price. The space inside was cozy and had a mix of booths, high tops and bar seating. The ambiance was bright and cozy. We didn't have an issue with finding seating. As far as the food, it was good and had a great portion size. We ordered a couple of omelettes and coffee. Very dainty and homemade style feel cafe. Decor is very cute and creative. Also lace well kept and up keep. Love all the food related decorations. I didn't get pictures of food due to phone on low battery: Food: Order the eggs Benedict with avocado - Comes with hash browns in the bottom smother and cover with 2 poach eggs , avocado, 2 sliced tomatoes. Everything was well cooked- clean and not a lot of oil or butter . Very simple taste . I'm order 2 slices of bacon- delicious. Only critique is that , food just needs to be more seasoning- it was lacking flavor. -All American Breakfast Scrambled eggs, hash browns , eggs pancakes, bacon . Can't go wrong with the basics. just wanted to add.. we went back for another visit. i got the Hamlette omelet, it was good, the runny eggs they say are inside arent what i expected, so i think the Denver omelet was better. Order the Denver and add the hollandaise sauce! that would be the perfect omelet. my husband got the half pound cow bfast. he said it was very good, it just wasnt alot of food, he was still hungry so i gave him half my omelet and hashbrowns. read more

Hands down, the best breakfast in the area! The small town vibe of Prescott perfectly encapsulated within the Kitchen Table, with the service to match. With a full bar options, their drink menu is awesome and features specialty Bloody Marys. Perfect for brunch, or for a night shifter like myself. The kitchen table is only open for breakfast and lunch, we stayed in Prescott for the weekend and I had looked ahead at their breakfast menu and was so excited for morning to come so I could try their Lobster benedict, Oh my they did not disappoint and for $16.00, really? So affordable and it was loaded with lobster done to perfection!! I also had the Peach Bellini, which I must say was just ok, I didn't care for swelling chunks of peach, I should have stuck to a mimosa. Oh well, you don't know unless you try new things. We went to an out of town wedding the next night and I was showing everyone air the wedding my lobster pictures and raving about this place. Great little stop for breakfast. Order at the bar then go find your seat. Seems to get busy around 9 on the weekends. Tried the loaded hash and the apple french toast. Loaded hash was good, I might ask for s side of salsa next time. You could even get a pancake in place of your toast! So now I also have breakfast tomorrow Apple French toast was also coated with crushed corn flake and the fruit topping wasn't overly sweet (if you're looking for that, they also appeared to have a stuffed cereal toast). My go-to since moving to Minnesota since it's ten minutes away. I love going to another state for brunch, it makes me feel so fancy. Pro tip - just get ANYTHING with corned beef. Their Reuben Benedict is amazing, but so is the hangover hash. Their corned beef is just the most delicious I've ever eaten in my life. I would consider selling my soul for a lifetime supply of it. Their Bloody Marys are out of this world. I usually get the horseradish, boyfriend gets the jalapeño. The jalapeño has a nice kick to it. And of course, as is Midwest tradition, they serve their Bloodies with a beer shooter - and since it's Wisconsin, they give you Spotted Cow. Their decor is super homey and kitschy. While the service was good, the food was not. Everything was very plain. The American Fries had no salt, butter, or any spices on them. The pancakes were tasteless and the syrup was likely the cheapest they could find. It was definitely not real maple syrup. They changed the way you order and now its hectic. We walked out this morning because they were helping people that came in way after us. Never got a chance to order but when we left we realized other people were being "ignored" also. Last week we had a group of people and two more people showed up. Probably would have been good like it usually is but on a Saturday morning. Maturity busy. I order biscuits and gravy. 12.+$ thats fine. Usually take 5 minutes 10 tops when busy. Came here for breakfast this morning and had a wonderful experience! Quick service, there was a small wait but we were sat within about 10 minutes. I got the biscuits and gravy and think it was the best sausage gravy I've ever had! My husband had the butchers omelette and loved it.
