When I received the contract , and it referenced, "no guarantees" I was assured that this was to protect the company in the event that there was natural weather related events or neglect on the part of the homeowners and that if there was a problem, you would stand by it. This was a particular concern on my part because you installed it during the winter. As this is a rental property, we were unable to see the lawn until early summer. When we saw it, over half the sod was dead. This was despite the fact that you installed the sprinkler system and our property manager confirmed it was working the whole time. The fact that you refuse to even come out to inspect it yourself and claimed that it was an issue on our part or the lawn company speaks volumes . We have owned several properties here on Sunset for many years and as you know it is a small community.

I explained I was not home, but he was very belligerent and frustrated toward me because I didn't recognize it when they were delivered. I guess they don't look at them when they receive deliveries for their customers so he sees it's as my mistake. I allowed them to stain the steps, which ended up looking good. I probably will not do business with them again when I add uplighting to my yard. I was also surprised when they told me they add 3% to the bill if I use a credit card. Their customer service is 1 star, but the work they did was 4 stars.

After 19 calls to them (15 voicemails left & ONE call returned) and over a year after their commitment to replace plants, they have finally completed the work. (Note: 3 replacements have since died and they refuse to replace them). I spoke with Billy Noble (owner) to get his help to get the work completed. He didn't like what I was saying so he hung up on me! Seems a business owner would want to understand why a customer is so frustrated with their service. Not Billy Noble. He shows his appreciation for his customers by telling them they're rude and hanging up on them.
