Then randomly get an email back saying I should visit the sales lady at her vendor event to chat about my large backyard project I was planning to do (Pool, landscape, spa, fire pit, kitchen , pergola). You would think a project of this scope would have at least been a 1 to 1 meeting? In the same email she tells me (and still have not had one conversation with them yet) she suggests that I pay them $1200 to develop design layout for my project. This is also odd since all the other backyard design companies are doing this free of charge so they can earn my business with their potential great design ideas. Just seems like a very odd way of trying to earn a customer. If communication is this difficult during the sales phase, I can only imagine what it would be like during the actual construction of the project.

Our neighbor also had tree work done at that same time with J. Macaluso and the company did both properties in 2 days, including stump grinding and cleanup. Super impressed with their work, especially for the large number of trees they cut, ground and cleaned up in the time period they performed it in, all with out any damage to either property.
