Dina who took over to assist me was very helpful in selecting all the purple flowers that would bloom all year round. Their selection is huge and so much better than Lowe's in every way. Supporting businesses in my neighborhood is so important to me. They also sell fresh free range eggs as well. Cheryl the owner and I had a nice chat as well. They do not sell soil so make sure you have some. All in all they have a new customer. I can't say enough good things about this place. Prices are good, and plenty of parking as well. Today, I went here to purchase 2 cans of deck stain. The display price tag showed "buy 3 and get…read more$4 off each can" so I thought ok I will get 3. This third can was all the way in the back of the shelf. I looked around and saw no one to help me so I started to stand on a 5 gallon drum of paint on the floor to reach it. All of a sudden a lady behind paint counter yelled very loudly "You can't do that!" I realize I was not supposed to be doing that violation safety manoeuvre but instead of embarrassing me and having many customers terrified , I think a nicer approach would have been "I will be right there to help." So I go to self check out. As I loyal Home Depot customer (in VA I had used them to build a 2 story building on property AND completely re-do my kitchen) so I have had their credit card since 2012. I had received in the mail a 10 per cent off coupon on my next purchase. I did ask an employee there to help use the coupon. She says "You have to spend $200 (my bill was $145.43) but will try it anyway. Again embarrassing me in front of other people checking out - but of course it took the 10 per cent off because what the coupon said was "maximum discount $200." I then realized the $4 off per can of stain was not applied so I went to The Service Desk. This girl was very unapologetic but directly says "You can either use the 10 per cent off coupon OR the $4 off per can but NOT both. You can't DOUBLE DIP! You either get $15 off with coupon or $12 off for the stain special but NOT both!" Again embarrassing me in front of customers. Had I known this , I would have just gotten 2 cans of stain. Then none of this would have happened. I am writing this to advise customers in the future of this hidden stipulation that should be documented somewhere on the coupon (because it is not!)

They collected all my wishes and wants and fully delivered! And some....when they arrived to deliver the flowers and 50 balloons the owner also sang a "singing gram" of Happy Birthday to our son. I had the worst experience ever with Beau Soleil Weddings(Ravin Sessions). My first wedding date…read morewas 7 September 2019 in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Prior to my wedding, Hurricane Doran was due to hit South Carolina at any day. The forecast for Hurricane Doran(30 August-6 September) became worst and the Governor of SC declared a state of emergency not allowing anyone to enter Myrtle Beach. The venue cancelled the day prior to my wedding and offered me my money back. Every vendor involved with my wedding except Beau Soleil Wedding(Ravin Sessions) refunded my money back. I was told there were no refunds and I could reschedule. Not reading the contract, we rescheduled for April 11, 2020. Fast forward 30 March 2020, Covid-19 hit. Again, the governor of SC declared a state of emergency for Covid-19. Everything had been shut down by 6 April. The venue cancelled again and offered me my money back. Again, every vendor involved in my wedding refunded my money except Beau Soleil Wedding(Ravin Sessions). Looking through the contract this time, I found out that the "no refund" part was not true. The cancellation policy stated that any issue with fulfilling service, Beau Soleil will make every effort to contact the Bride and Groom. "Beau Soleil Wedding reserve the right to substitute another vendor or outsource accordingly to fulfill the order in their absence. If unable to render service or unable to find a replacement vendor to render service, the Bride will receive a full refund for all pre-paid services. I contacted Beau Soleil (Ravin Sessions) alone with the venue. I asked about the refund, no response. Two weeks later, Beau Soleil Weddings(Ravin Sessions), said they were forwarding their contract to a lawyer to see if they could refund the money because the money had already been spent. About a month later, I called with no response. Later on that day I received an email from Beau Soleil Weddings(Ravin Sessions) stating that I had two options. First option was no refund and reschedule. The second option was to be refunded half of what I paid in 30 days. I refused and wanted all my money back. Where it was suppose to be one of the happiest days of my life, became one of the worst days and experience of my life. I don't know how I was suppose to get around two natural disaster to have my wedding and on top of that, no refund of my money due to again two natural disasters. I will never see the decorations for my wedding. They will be reuse over and over with money that was stolen from me. Just a warning for anyone who decide to do business with Beau Soleil Wedding(Ravin Sessions). Any natural disasters occur, due to no fault of yours or is out of your control, look forward to not getting your money back and being screwed.
