I'm not sure the name of the pro that came out, but he was very nice and let me know he saw a cut cord on top of the tank after digging. It was an older phone cord and definitely nothing he did; just leftover from a previous owner, but I appreciated him telling me. Tank was pumped in a very reasonable amount of time and I also appreciate him letting me know to let the ground get packed back over the lid before driving over with a lawn mower. Great price, as well; you can find their price list on their website. I will definitely be using Robinson for any future septic tank needs. Thanks guys!

In particular, on August 11, I called in a sewer issue. Within 2 hrs , Eric Walker showed up to assess the problem. He explained what he found and suggested repairs. Not even an hour later, Chester Mitchell, quality control supervisor, showed up and explained further the cost of repairs. After agreeing to the work, Josh Krause was dispatched to pick up parts and promptly arrived to assist Eric. Working diligently and expeditiously they finished the job just before dinner. Upon inspecting the work, I'm extremely pleased with the esthetics and the accomplishment of what was explained initially. I will recommend this Roto Rooter. Keep up the good work.

I was quoted $275.00 for a septic to be pumped. After the…read moresystem was pumped I was told that it would be $350.00 I reluctantly paid him. I didn't want to argue with the individual and I told my wife and Son that I will just contact the company. I phoned the company and I was told by the receptionist that he told her I gave him a $75.00 tip. Driver phoned me and said he never told her that I gave him a tip. I have been trying to resolve this in a nice manner but then he called me and said that he never told the receptionist that I gave him a tip. I phoned her back and she said that she has it in her notes and that they gave him the $75.00 I spoke with the Owner and he began interrogating me as to why I paid him the $350.00. Then he said that he repaired an outlet to the septic pump. That is completely false. Not only that he is not a licensed electrician anyway. I did have a licensed electrician replace the outlet to repair the pump. So in short they lied to me and also stole my money. As of this writing they still have not offered to refund my money. I do have to say this: The receptionist was as professional, honest and pleasant as I could have ever expected.
