If I had concerns, I would call and Darien helped me. This company is responsive, their prices are on par with the market, and I didn't even fill my dumpster. I had a lot of space left, but I also approached filling it like a game of Tetris. My family and I were very strategic with how we loaded the dumpster. We used every corner and still had lots of room to spare. I don't have anything else to throw out, but I need to use this company again because my interactions with them make that money well-spent. Instead, I was told the bins "weren't outside," which was simply untrue. The experience started off on the wrong foot when they texted me to confirm the wrong service date. I had to reach out to get their scheduling mistake corrected, which should have been handled on their end. To make matters worse, there appears to be no real customer service. Every interaction is with AI that repeatedly says a human will respond, but no one ever does. When there was an issue, there was no accountability, no follow-up, and no way to speak with an actual person to resolve it. If you're paying for a service, the expectation is that the company shows up as scheduled and has someone available to help when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts.
