Leroy sent me a message requesting to come out next day to our new home. When Leroy arrived, he was accompanied by Jeremy. While Leroy spoke with me about our journey to this new home, Jeremy took pictures and measurements of the inside. Afterwards, they both went out to their truck and about 20 minutes later returned with an estimate. Leroy read over it with me and then simply said that if we were interested, to sign the estimate and email it to him. Their wasn't any pressure or sales pitch. Very refreshing!!! Bought specific amount of coverage for room size to include 10% average rate of waste per recommended calculations. Near 48 sqft of plank flooring was wasted. Tech argued with customer, that his way was the right way. Business did not take our complaints seriously, instead validated the techs work was done right and good. We had to redo the floor completely because the product that the tech wasted was discontinued. We also had to pay someone else to place the floor and the job was done right!
