The repaired wheel looks as good as new. Price was fair (~$100 less than another place). Service was fast and convenient since they came to me. I'm planning on having them paint a fender on my other car. See the the before and after picture I uploaded. I was pretty bummed about either having to buy a new wheel or living with damage. It all worked out in the end. I'm so pleased I'm going to have them paint a new fender and touch up the hood on my other car.

After some research and three estimates I went with Briceno. Mainly due to the quality of their work (visible on the lot and inside the shop) and the competitive pricing. Adriana gave me a straight-up honest and detailed estimate that included the time to get the job done, the materials used, and the expectations of the outcome. It is important to note here that Adriana came across as very pleasant, easy to talk to and to ask questions, and supremely honest. The experience with Adriana favorably weighted on my decision. I dropped off my car on a Monday morning. I was just about to request an Uber ride when Miguel stepped up unsolicited and offered me a ride home. We had a friendly and interesting conversation during the ride. I returned on Friday to pick up the SUV. It looked great! No surprises, unquoted or hidden costs...I paid exactly what I was quoted and the results exceeded my expectations. That was two months ago. The SUV still looks great. No paint fading, peeling, etc. It looks like it's fresh from the factory. Many thanks to the folks at Briceno Auto Body for a spectacular job and a wonderful experience. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Regards, Eduardo Alvarez

You see; they lost my key, and rather than pay $60 for a new key (which I would have paid for) . They tore out my instrument panel and touch start ignition to get to the gears, just to have the car towed to my home. It was with GREAT & ACUTE HORROR I discovered the extent of the damage. When I confronted them, they refused to repair the damage, and told me... for them to fix the damage, I would have to pay them. THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME. But I will delay writing a more explicit report with photographs; I will even remove this review pending that appropriate repair to my cars instrument panel, and touch start is completed along with the replacement of my key.

After a local dealer lost my business over not honoring a $200 discount I was offered in writing, I started looking outside of my area. I was astonished to find a 2012 mini, with clean carfax, and ridiculously low miles in Hollywood FL at this dealership. I inquired online, got more info, and then gave them a call. The brothers that own/run the place are both really thorough and attentive. I asked the questions that mattered, got 100% honest responses by phone & agreed on the deal after a 20 min phone call. Paperwork was done digitally & hardcopy came by fed ex. I deposited the check from my bank into their account at a branch local to me, insured the car, sent them th he info, and it was done. They got bids for a car transport for me, found one that would go $150 lower if we paid cash, and that friday my car was on it's way. From first call to my car arriving was 8 days or so. Guy from Red Dot Transport who delivered the car was awesome and communicated well when delivery was imminent. Even with the delivery cost, I came out about 2k under book for my area of the country. Car was absolutely as described with no surprises. Even showed up with a half a tank of gas. Can't beat that. I would absolutely do business with them again.

My assumption was that oil was coming from in-between engine and tranny. Willy was honest from the start and stated it would take a few days. Explained it was my daily driver so he told me... let me see what we can do. Received a call about mid day with great news. The oil was actually coming down the engine from the valve covers.
