No Leash Valley Park was our second daycare / training program. We spend 4700.00 on training program in Chesterfield and had zero results outside sit and paw. Loki is now a different dog after working with Micheal for a couple weeks. We now ski and trail run off lead. We can have our front door wide open and he will hold his "place position". I now feel like I can trust his behaviour and there's no value I can place on that. He will be 2 in May and has become an ideal family dog thanks to all the care and training at No Leash Valley Park.

Because Elsa needed some work beyond the usual obedience to help her conquer her fears, we agreed that day training would be the best choice.

So I just want to say she is the most compassionate and caring person. If you're concerned about who's going to take care of your pet while you're out of town look no further. Always very professional, and courteous. Plus my animals just love her! It gives me such peace of mind when I go out of town, to know that my animals are going to be well taken care of and loved while I am away. She takes pictures of them every day at the conclusion of her walks or feedings.. and sends them to me b/c she knows that I am very anxious about being away from them. I just can't speak highly enough about her..anyway thanks so Daryn. You're like a part of our little family now.

I traveled internationally for two weeks and needed a pet sitter to care for my cat. I decided on Hailee because the cost was reasonable. Throughout the duration of my vacation I was routinely told that my cat could not be found. It seemed like little to no effort was made to find or play with my cat, luckily my family was able to visit and play with my cat using minimal effort. She filled up food but did not fill up the water in the two weeks leading me to believe that she was unreliable, however she did show up everyday and was able to bring in packages. I will not be using her services again in the future, I do not feel that I can trust her with my pet.

Nick, Wow! You guys…read moreare truly incredible at loving dogs and providing unbelievable care to them! This was our first time using Dogtopia and from the minute we called and spoke to the lady answering the phone and throughout our entire week stay we have been so impressed with the professionalism and attention Lilly received while we were out of town. Trust me, we watched the web cam everyday and numerous times throughout the day because 6 of us were missing her like crazy. What we saw gave us so much relief. One of your staff members was always in the play room with the dogs and they were petting them, cleaning up their "business," and making sure the dogs were all playing nicely together. The last thing I want to comment on is your intake process. I was so impressed that we basically were being evaluated for 3 days to see if our dog was a good fit for your facility. That told us that you are not just taking in a bunch of dogs to fill your spaces but that you truly wanted to make sure Dogtopia was a good fit for her too (not too anxious, gets along with other dogs). That told us that you weren't letting dogs board there that were too aggressive or that just weren't ready to be in this type of play environment. We will definitely be using you again and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you Nick and the staff at Dogtopia! Lilly is one happy dog after a great week of play at your place. When I needed to find a new care giver I was concerned since she had been at the humane society twice, so I wanted the best environment I could find for her. Williamsburg was one place recommended to me. When I visited, I felt very good about the facility and people. The facility was very clean, well organized and staffed. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in the animals under their care. My dog certainly seemed to enjoy her stays (and for a time she was there more than she was at home). She came to know the staff and was always happy to see them. The staff knew her and always treated her so nicely. She was always happy to arrive and just as happy when I came home. While I no longer travel as much, Williamsburg remains the place I trust to take care of my dog. She always seems happy to see the staff and I've been very happy with the service I have received.

I took my Great Pyrenees in for a summer trim, but the outcome was not what I requested…read more Instead of a trim, her coat was shaved very short. The cut is uneven, particularly around her face, which appears choppy and not well blended. Her paws were also not cleaned up to the standard I expected. The areas of greatest concern are her armpit and belly, which were shaved extremely close. Her skin appeared irritated afterward, and there is a small area on her belly that looks consistent with a minor nick from the blade. I spoke with management to address these concerns and am currently requesting a refund based on the result and condition of the grooming. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service provided. If you have a long-haired or double-coated breed, I recommend clearly confirming grooming expectations in advance.
