My neck and back had been bothering me for 2 weeks. Stress related. To get in on such short notice was impressive and such a relief! I booked an hour long deep tissue Thai massage ($60 + $25 essential oils) added a reset to focus on a few problem areas ($30) I had the incredible Owen. He briefly reviewed my listed problem areas (noted on the paper they give you at check in) to diving right in. He offered gentle check ins on pressure/temp throughout massage & provided guidance on when to breathe. Hot stones, essential oils, stretching, breathing all were to be expected. Owen dug in and released a lot of tension and pressure. Knots ironed out. Will most certainly come back again. **punch card - go so many times and get a free massage!

This place is a ripoff, and very unprofessional. 2 friends and myself stopped by for a massage. One…read moreneeded a back massage, one needed a foot massage and I was having pain in my quads in hamstring so I asked for a leg massage. When I asked for a leg massage the man but his fingers to his his for forehead for a few seconds and said "uh I guess I could do that." I wasn't not trying to make it a big deal. He leads me to the area and tells me I can leave my items in the container during my massage. Me thinking because I'm getting a massage, I should take my jeans off. I asked him if I put my jeans there and he says something I couldn't understand (he has a Chinese accent that's hard for me to understand) so I asked a gain and clearly this time he said no to keep them on while shaking his head. I felt it was odd but if he was uncomfortable with massaging my legs because I'm a man then Ok, I'll take what I can get cause my legs were hurting. I asked for a 30 minute massage (they had 20,30,45 1hour) I get my massage which was ok not great but not horrible. I paid 35 for what I thought was 30 minutes when in reality I found out was 20 minutes after looking at my phone to check the time. I also tipped 5 extra dollars when I payed. After paying I sat down a waited for my friends to finish, while sitting down I heard them speaking Chinese. They were unaware that any of us spoke Chinese, and were very confident that we were unaware of them complaining and making fun of the amount of money I tipped. Which was very unappreciative of the business we gave them. They not only complained about my tip but another friend of mines tip but acted so polite when speaking English. The massage was ok at best, they didn't give me the time I paid for, they were rude. We will never go back there again.

My only issue with this place was how hard it was to find. It's in building 8/9 of a little village…read moreof smaller cottage-looking buildings. 8/9 is on the left side of Pewter Ln. as opposed to the right side (where the majority of the little cottages are). Outside building 8/9, you will not see a sign that says Onondaga Therapeutic Massage. Instead, you'll see a "Synergy" sign. When you enter, there'll be a small piece of paper where it'll tell you that Onondaga massage is in the basement level (2 floors down from the main floor). When you enter this basement area, there will still be no sign that says Onondaga Therapeutic Massage. Then you'll walk down the hall to a room on the right that has a lobby (with no one in the lobby possibly). This lobby belongs to Onondaga Therapeutic Massage but you still won't know because there's no sign inside that indicates it and there are business cards and pamphlets inside with other business names that'll throw you off (well it threw me off). I went back outside and roamed around the building for a while because I saw no one in the basement. I was a bit frenzied because this caused me to be 15 minutes late and I lost 15 minutes of massage time. So, as a tip, come EARLY to give yourself time to look for the spot. I had a Groupon for $29 for a 60 minute massage valued at $70. The massage was fantastic. Craig was professional, easy to talk to, and great at his craft. I hold my stress in my upper/back and neck area and he was able to focus-in on that area and massage out my knots. After the whole massage, he taught me how to do the "ginger bread" stretch so that I could open up/stretch my pectoris minor muscles. I had major tension there (I didn't know prior to this session) that was evident when he massaged there and it was tender to the touch. What made this massage slightly different from others was that you get an ear/foot massage. My arms and legs are very ticklish so I always have to cringe a little and do mental exercises to get myself through that part. I asked for "medium" pressure/touch and thought this was perfect. I liked the neck manipulations and arm/leg stretching. In the end he also did little face massage things (including putting 1 and then 2 fingers on your face). I liked that the room was dark and warm. It made the room more relaxing because there wasn't light shining through like there had been in other massage spots I've been to. There is dim light in the room and calming music. He uses super hot towels for your feet, neck, and back that I thought were super nice. The lotion or oil is also warm. I thought I'd be sore after my massage, like I was at some others I've been to, but so far I am not! I also liked that when you're turned onto your back, you get a little towel to cover your eyes. I always find it less relaxing to be looking upward toward the ceiling and having light shine through your eyelids despite your eyes being closed. Overall, I'd highly recommend Craig to those who need a therapeutic massage. This experience was relaxing and healing.

For Christmas I received a certificate from my daughter for a facial at Humble Hands Massage. I…read morehad never had a full facial done before and I had never heard of this place. However, I was certainly up for some pampering! The first time you call the general number to make an appointment you need to leave your name, phone number, and what kind of services you are looking for. I did that and received a phone call back later that day. Sharon was going to do my facial, but was pretty booked so I needed to wait a bit to find a time that worked for both of our schedules. On the day of the appointment I put the address in my GPS and set off. The location is not well marked. They are in what looks to be office buildings with no signage outside that indicates where they are exactly. I was driving around and nervous because I did not know where to go and it was almost time for my appointment. I eventually saw that the number was on the back building and figured it must be in there somewhere. I walked in the door, followed my nose to where the smell of essential oils was wafting from, and there was the place. The waiting room was dimly lit and was a soothing atmosphere. I had to fill out a quick form and wait a tiny bit until entering into the private room where the facials were done. I did not even know what to expect other than some creams and such being put on my face. What I got was sooooo much more! Sharon did a number of facial treatments, but she also spent time applying moist hot towels to my arms and hands, my feet and lower legs, and my shoulders and neck. and massaging those areas as well. She gave me the choice of 3 different essential oils to choose from that were applied in some of the treatments. She let me sniff each (Thyme, Lavender, and Citrus) and let me choose. Soft music, a comfortable massage table, dim lighting, and a very pleasant Sharon made the experience awesome! I could not believe I had never done this before! I certainly will be again :) It felt wonderful.
