Despite this clear evidence, Andy Pieri refused to issue a refund and instead questioned documentation and attempted to shift responsibility. The facts are simple: * Two licensed electricians confirmed the outlet was not the problem. * The dryer cord was replaced. * The appliance now works perfectly. The initial diagnosis was incorrect and resulted in unnecessary service calls, additional costs, and avoidable stress. Rather than taking accountability, the company chose to deny responsibility. If this was the last air conditioning repair company on the plant, I wouldn't call them. We had to use them because of our home warranty and it was a frustrating ordeal. It took several weeks and four different techs to resolve very simple issues (recharge freon and replace the line set). No one was ever on time. Our windows for service were between 8 a.m. and noon and techs would not arrive until after 2 p.m. We were not even alerted about delays. They have no respect for your time. For a company that supposedly prides itself on customer service, everyone we spoke with was unable to address any of our concerns or escalate our issues. Our air conditioning is barely working better than it was before we wasted five weeks and $300 for nothing.

PLUS, Very Reasonably Priced. Bill worked on this washer for about 45 minutes. He unhooked the drain hose and drained out the remaining water and found that the pump was very hot, which meant it was broken or something stopped the propellers from turning and overheated it, which also explained why we got an "Error" code and stopped draining. There were some small pieces of gravel, that were blocking the propellers which stopped the pump from working properly. After he got the rocks out, he tried several different things to make sure it filled and drained, and now, it works great. So, IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH YOUR WASHER OR DRYER, HOLD OFF ON BUYING A NEW ONE----CALL BILL FIRST. When you call him and set up an appointment, he will call you 30 minutes before he gets there. And when he gets done, you'll know it was done right or he won't do it and will explain to you why. I would very highly recommend Bill to anyone who has issues with their washer/dryer because of his knowledge, experience, and very reasonable prices vs other companies.

Natasha was pleasant and professional to speak with, she gave us a same day option with a 3 hour window to have a Technician come out, whereas other companies stated 7-10 business days for the same request. Jacob showed up as our Tech and he was nothing less of professional, personable, communicative, informative and transparent. Our units were not easy to hook gauges up to and take apart, but he did it! He had his work cut out for him and he did the job well!
