REVIEW for LVX, Painting…read more I would highly recommend LVX painting! My experience with the owner and all the people working for him was a wonderful one. Randall and his team of painters are very honest, hard working and obviously proud of their craft. They had a large job to do, in painting the whole inside of my home, which is a church that was restored 20 or so years ago. They paid attention to the small and important details of the job which included painting the original ceiling, painting around original stain glass windows and around other historical aspects of the home. They carefully and professionally prepared all the surfaces they were to apply paint on before bringing out a brush, having to fix plaster cracks and drywall. They removed wallpaper in several of the rooms and were able to restore the walls so that there was no recognizable sign that any of them had ever been wallpapered. They were responsive to all my requests and went above and beyond reaching into areas of the home to paint that were extremely difficult to access. Any time I asked if something could be done they were willing to do their best to make that happen. I never heard the word, we can't do that... just we will try and see if that is possible. They always found a way to make it work out! I can't say enough about their meticulous attention to all aspects of the job and their desire to make sure I was pleased with the outcome!!

The LVX representative showed up with in a day of my initial phone call. He measured the job and gave me a bid for prep paint and clean up. We got the job scheduled. The LVX crew showed up on the appointed day on time with everything they needed to complete my job. I was very satisfied with the finished paint job no fuss no mess and all I had to do was write the check. We will def use LVX in the future and would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

They came out was at my house for 45 minutes on a Sunday morning…read moregranted I knew that calling out on the weekend would be a little bit more for the service call but these Jokers charge me $600 for a service call and all they did was put a one-by-one square patch on my roof and was up there for no more than 45 minutes total and charge me $600 freaking dollars. And I told them I had insurance the insurance will be taken care of it for some reason the insurance never paid it so they turn me over to a bill collection agency over this $600 finally my insurance paid and we had a settlement payment and then they overcharged me on the settlement payment. I am seriously considering taking into court especially for what some of the things that the man said to me on the phone accused me of insurance fraud because I offered a settlement instead of the full amount. B******* do not use this company they overcharged to the extreme

They didn't show up on their appointments t rescheduled date. Once they were late I texted them for their ETA and they said their truck wouldn't start, but they would for sure be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came and again they were a no show for the third time in a row. Again no call or text in advance of their appointment time saying they wouldn't be coming. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

And I am certainly glad I did. They are prompt, honest, transparent, extraordinarily easy to work with, and - on top of everything else - do exceptional work. Mike (the self-described "wood guy") spent the better part of day one replacing boards and explaining the damage he was fixing. He then spent 7+ hours the next day meticulously painting/staining, mostly by hand. The pricing is competitive, but the service and quality I received are well beyond anything I expected. They have earned a repeat customer.

I can't speak to this organizations work because we never got to that end, but the owner's complete lack of respect for time and simple customer courtesy did not exist. I contacted Onsight Construction on the referral of two friends and after viewing some of his work online... 10/6 Thursday - called and left mssg re: job estimate. Voicemail said "your call is important to me...I will return it no later than end of business the following day" I0/11 Tuesday - Five days later, Owner Matt M called and said his phone was having problems and he got a huge dump of messages (including mine) the night before. Not happy with such a late response, but scheduled for estimate on Thursday two days later anyway 10/13 Thursday - Matt comes out and in 15 mins reviews the three jobs suggesting they're an easy fix, offers some alternative ideas, takes my email and says "Give me a day or two and I'll email you an estimate" 10/18 Tuesday - Five days later I still haven't heard from Matt so I call asking about the estimate 10/21 Friday - Two days more and still nothing so I call again and leave my name and email awaiting a response 10/27 Thursday - Six more days and still nothing so I leave a message asking for anyone to return my call, hoping somebody would abide by the "return your call by end of business the following day" mantra 10/28 Friday - In a last ditch effort I attempted contact through email on their company website noting that I understand scheduling the work may be a negotiable time frame based on the jobs they already may have booked, but all I wanted was acknowledgement and an opportunity to accept/decline their work (i.e. A return call to discuss options) To this date, three weeks later - nothing. Highly disappointed with a company that completely dropped the ball when it comes to common courtesy and good customer service.....
