Cool little dive bar. It's one of our go-to chill spots. Usually doesn't get too crowded. The bartenders are cool. All I ever really order is Dos XX dressed, so I can't say much for the drinks. They do have karaoke on Fridays which can get a little noisy inside. I usually hangout outside, though. They've got a tv and several chairs, a couch, and a couple tables outside. There's a couple pool tables and some games inside too if you need something to do. read more

I went there on a Tuesday for karaoke. While on stage they took my beer it had half left. It wasn't like the place needed tables nearly all of them were empty. Pay $4.00 for a beer plus a $1 tip and then get only half, sucks. On the plus side I did NOT find Shelly the bartender bad at all as one review stated. In fact I found her to be one of nicest people in the place. She was right on top for service. edit: Another plus is ample parking, an outside area, game areas and pool table. There is a stage area for karaoke, the sound system is fair to good. This review has been adjusted for this reason. I would rate the DJ as fair too. It seems he has a limited song selection, with less popular versions of the song. People complain about the version and have to ask a lot for a different one. Tips are welcomed with a tip jar but, remember you tip for service after it's received. If the DJ doesn't get what you ask for does he/she deserve a tip for not doing the work? read more

This place is super divey. We had a friend playing here so that's why we came. Drink prices were decent. They only had one bartender who is very fast and efficient. You can play pool in the back. read more

Definition of a neighborhood dive bar. Not "cozy," but small and crowded to be a dive bar smashed in a shopping center. The regulars are friendly enough, but the barstaff is unresponsive coupled with the sub-par drinks and, ...ahem, "entertainment," NJ's is the place you go when you have no where left to go. read more

This place is bomb. Total neighborhood dive but exactly what you want it to be. Amazing, personable bartenders and cheap drinks. Pool table, darts, and shuffle board. Patio if you want to smoke... so excited to have this place close to home. We were there with a bunch of friends and having a good time. Not "messing" up the bar! Then all of a sudden their "janitor" came in and made us feel VERY unwelcome! They had decorations out from Mardi Gras and we were having fun with them (masks, bead's, etc.) and he got mad at us because they were shedding. The bartender Kristen was great! Honestly, a weird place at a weird location to have a karaoke bar. I went with a few friends that liked going here and it's actually not that bad. It's small and the people are nice and friendly. It's not my type of crowd but I'm open to try new places. We just relaxed, had a few beers and listened to people sing. I would not go back by myself, but with a group of friends, I will. read more

This used to be a great place to visit. The bartenders would sing and sing with you, which was awesome. Management decided they didn't want their bartenders singing, big mistake. The bartenders have been sing for 5 years, what's changed? Some kind of jealousy thing? Very childish, if that's the case. I have been to so many K bars where the bartenders and waitresses are encouraged to sing, it helps bring more people in to spend money. And this was one of the biggest charms of this place. And for some reason the 'K' D.J. has his favorites, he puts people up 3 or 4 times, while others are waiting, and if someone walks in late, he jumps them to the very next spot, in front of others that are waiting. There are too many other spots to go to, to Karaoke that dont have this kind of negativity. I'm not going back until things change. Stay away from this place. I would give it negative 5 stars if I could. read more

Great neighborhood bar. Don't let the area around fool you the inside is surprisingly clean and comfortable. Everything is blacked out so it feels kinda like Vegas. The best bartender is Austin! He keeps us coming back. read more
