This is the absolute worst store on the boardwalk. They are rude, greedy and outright scammers. Their awful reviews make sense. I walked in with my children so my son could purchase a hermit crab. The music was blaring in our ears so I could barely hear the girl " Maya" helping us. She gave us the dirtiest, broken cage they had. She acted like she was giving me a "discount" but in reality it was their broken, dingy items that wouldn't have sold anyway. Their things look like they've been sitting in a dirty attic for ages. Before she gave it to us she dumped out whatever junk was inside. My poor son was sick so we had to leave our vacation early and these people made it even worse. We walked past another store to check out extra shells and the lady told us that our cage was dirty, broken and had no handle. That we were completely scammed. The price we were offered for the same items was significantly lower than the "discount" at waves. When I went back to explain this to the staff, they pointed at the sign that said no exchanges or returns. They tried to bring me a smaller cage after haggling back and forth for a while. They were so rude, nasty and YELLING at me. Lied and said he was the owner and when I asked his name he said none of your business. The man then said this is my money why would I give it back to you? No exchanges or returns. And the girl told me I couldn't talk about them to other people when another customer asked me what happened and witnessed them screaming at me! I've never seen someone so greedy over 40 dollars. They were SCAMMERS! They sent us over to their "other store" a few stores down and finally exchanged the cage for another dirty looking one with a handle. Long story short avoid this place. They are straight up scammers. I don't know how people get away with this kind of behavior read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. went to this store to get a decal for my 12-year old. They are not forthcoming with the prices and did not let me know the cost of a "large photo" decal and a single t-shirt ended up costing $130. Stay Far far away from this store. It is an absolute scam. read more

As a local, these kinds of stores feed off of tourists who don't know that the sweatshirt, indeed, will be whatever price they say BUT they'll tack on extra for the decal and service they provide. Be extra careful if they try to throw in a deal that's too good to be true or if you visit, an employee immediately asks you if you want that decal. Be firm, they do try to pressure you. One of the worst scams in Wildwood boardwalk stores. read more

Very disappointing experience. My 10-year-old daughter picked out a magnet that was clearly marked $7 by the store, but when we checked out, they tried to charge $9. She pointed out that it was marked $7, yet they refused to honor the posted price. After looking through other reviews, it appears we're far from the only customers who have experienced questionable pricing practices here. Definitely something to be aware of before shopping. read more

They scammed me and my boyfriend. We went in asking about a tube top and shorts that has wildwood and cheetah print on them, we didn't think much of it. The lady came out with the set, and the guy told us that the total is almost 300$, a set of clothes and two bracelets for almost 300$, they had us signing the agreement saying that we agree what we paid for and no returns. Later, my bf's mom went and asked them about the same exact set, they told her it was only 50$. DONT SHOP HERE read more

The man told me that my size small sweatpants were $55 including the design, and it said that on the card machine, but then on the paper it had $104!!! I REFUSED to sign the paper because that is RIDICULOUS that I was charged for an XL design on my small sweatpants but he only pointed to the NO RETURN sign!! DO NOT shop in this store.. they WILL scam you! And the sweatpants aren't even that nice, I could've gotten better at walmart!! read more

Horrible I will never go in there again total ripoff they charge service fee and credit card fee and I paid cash if you're going to charge those fees then you should post it so your customers can see it and then you ask for a receipt they won't print you a receipt they want to text it to you and by the time you look at it you're out of the store and that you can do about it I would rate this story -10. Then you question them and they want to go quick enough so that you can't understand what they're saying and then you get aggravated and just say and you walk out. Very poor way to do business but people that do business like that never succeed eventually they'll fail!!!!!!! read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Scammed my 14 year old daughter with a purchase. When she questioned the price he cleared the screen and closed the sale then ran the card and told her no refunds. The proceeds to threaten my husband to kick the crap out of him. " I will F you up bro" will never give them a dime of my money again. Way to take advantage of a teenage girl. read more

My son went in to buy a t-shirt and got tricked into buying two and paid 90 dollars for 2 shirts when I went back with him to try and at least get some money back they said no returns on custom shirts but what really upset me is my son is on the spectrum I feel they took advantage of that this store should be ashamed of themselves and be shut down for stealing from people read more
