When I requested a refund, I was told I would only receive a partial refund because of "time spent preparing documents" -- even though no notarization took place, no Zoom link was ever provided, and the service I paid for was never delivered. Communication was unprofessional, expectations were not set clearly, and the process felt disorganized and misleading from the start. I ultimately had to go elsewhere (UPS) to get the notarization done the same day. I would caution others to avoid this service and use a more reliable, transparent notary.

Their negligence will cost us over $8K in fees, transportation and hotels as our entire application got rejected due to the delays.
