The lady who drafted my resume (Debbie) was super unprofessional charged me $170 for an antiquated, non- result drive resume. After speaking for almost an hour she provided me a resume that had about 20 bullent points of my current job that took up the entire 1st page. The resume is so wordy that by the second bullet point I'm sure that any prospective employer would toss it to the side. Instead of a summary of my strength and skills she started my resume with a single sentence objective. This lady has been doing this for 30 years and it shows because my resume was time warped into 1980's format. Everyone except for her knows that home address are no longer used on a resume. What made matter worse is her lack of professionalism. She was not willing to change anything in a constructive way and she was more concerned about arguing with me as to why her way was the correct way. When I provided her feedback as to what one of the hiring managers had to say about my resume she stated, "there is nothing I can do the resume is a professional résumé " and then hung up in my face! Debbie is the most disrespectful, dishonest, disreputable businessperson I have ever dealt with. If I could give her 0 stars, I certainly would. She promised to give me a professional resume and cover letter that would impress interviewers; instead, what I got was a piece-of-garbage resume that looked like it was randomly googled from the "worst resumes". When I respectfully and courteously notified her that I would like for her to rework it, she initially stated she would try her best to do so. On that note, we ended the call. Not even 10 seconds later she called me back and began a long tirade making personal insulting comments about my character and saying how she could get away with not having to re-edit my resume properly because she felt insulted that I would approach her about getting the product I deserved.
