Throughout this time, Jill made the job hunting process a wonderful, easy, and positive experience! She was able to find me an on-going temp job at a marketing company, which was great because this is my chosen industry. Ultimately Jill found me a full-time opportunity (at a different marketing company), sent me on interviews, and a week later I am hired! Jill was very supportive and active in helping me find work throughout the 4 months I've been with her. She is very personable, dedicated, and I highly recommend working with her if you're looking for work in NYC! Love her!!

I met with her in person only a few hours after our initial e-mail interaction, she submitted me to two places and scored me interviews at both, and now after exactly 2 weeks of meeting with her, I am in the process of getting my background check cleared so I can start my new role in a few weeks! What I really appreciated working with Jill was her honesty, and her willingness to listen to my honesty. I think that is very important in any working relationship. Furthermore, Jill has superb follow-up skills and was very quick to respond to my questions/needs. She is readily available, at all times, and over the course of your working relationship, she will go beyond the role of a recruiter to also become a mentor, and supporter all at once. Thanks Jill for all your efforts, I couldn't be happier with where my professional path is headed.

I just had the WORST experience on the phone with one of your recruiters. You should be able to…read morenarrow down who it is because she informed me that she's working on a new EA position for a law firm in DC (as of 06/02/2021). Initially, at the onset of the conversation, I specifically asked to speak with Gerry Sheridan. She's the person who I saw on my LinkedIn feed yesterday and I had already taken the initiative to send her an introductory email last night. In hindsight, seeing the wonderful reviews about Gerry, I wish that I had spoken with her instead of the insolent woman-child who answered my call. I informed the person of my very unique situation being new to DC and she immediately began interrupting me in mid-sentence. I guess she assumed that what I had said was more than enough for her to hear. Eventually, when I was able to get a word in edgewise, I told her that the interruptions were a COMPLETE turnoff. I also informed her that 40 hours is actually considered the maximum amount of full-time hours and anything over that was considered overtime. I don't understand how this individual in employed with a staffing agency and doesn't understand that, under the Affordable Care Act, 32 hours per week is considered full-time. Of course, she wouldn't let me continue the sentence to explain that much to her. And what was her excuse? "Well, I have another call coming in 20 seconds so I was trying to rush this conversation along..." WHO SAYS THAT TO A PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEE?!?! If this is the first point of contact for anyone who calls your office, she is doing a major disservice to your company. I have NO intentions of calling back and I will definitely inform everyone that if they want to receive subpar customer service at the onset, call C-Suite Assistants. I'm beyond disgusted.
