I just got my green card thanks to Mr. Nicelli who was very attentive to my case and everything I had to say. In the process we ran into a complication when we found out that my previous attorney compromised my stay here by messing up my previous case. Form I-601 had to be filed. Situation was very stressful but Monika was on top of things with follow ups, explaining and collecting all necessary paperwork. My advice to people seeking emigration help - YOU have to be on top of your own case! Do your own research too. First off I would like to comment on the precious reviews. Just because things may have not worked in your favor or in your specified time frame does not mean that Mr. Nicelli is an incapable lawyer. You first need to do some research on your case or ask him why the situation is before posting comments like that. Second off, Mr. Nicelli and Sonia were nothing but welcoming in their office.
