I've never had such great service at a laundromat. They also offer dry cleaning services. The washers and dryers vary in sizes. The place is very clean. Staff is knowledgeable. Don't be shy to ask them questions. They are awesome. Will definitely be back. Thank you for treating us so kindly. We felt very welcome and our business, appreciated. There is a small parking lot, and a few eateries if you need a snack while you wait. Come support the local business. You won't regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his crew. They have been the janitors at our condo…read morebuilding for years many and have provided reliable and excellent services at extremely reasonable prices. Mark even comes to our property after a rain storm and cleans off the corner drain without asking and without extra compensation. When the owner of a building next door called me with a concern about a possibly blocked floor drain in our light well, with one call to Mark he was on site within an hour cleaning the floor drain. Our current property manager did not pay Mark for many months (inexcusable and embarrassing to our homeowners) yet Mark continued his weekly service.

Jones has been cleaning my office for over a year now…read more They're a charming little neighborhood place, and always do a good job cleaning up. They're able to work around the piles of unsorted papers we have in the office and still get the carpets and the blinds clean. Since we're only once-a-month customers, we sometimes need to remind them of our cleaning schedule, but I've found that's true even with the big corporate services (in fact, I dropped Merry Maids because they couldn't keep a schedule even 2 months in a row).

Extremely disappointing! Jones came highly recommended from my realtor. However, the customer…read moreservice was poor, and the cleaning was severely lacking: 1. All calls go to an answering service that is useless and just forwards you to a voicemail. 2. Both for the estimate and for the actual cleaning, they were about an hour late and didn't contact me ahead of time to let me know. 3. They did a terrible job cleaning! I contracted with them to do a "deep clean" on a house I was about to move into that already had a basic cleaning done. Mostly I wanted the tile/grout steamed and the kitchen cabinets and fridge like new. Unfortunately, what I got was: a. The grout wasn't touched, and not sure they even swept the kitchen floor as there were still crumbs/trash around the oven and refrigerator. b. If any of the kitchen cabinets were touched, it was just a precursory dusting, and whole shelves were missed. I found old dry pasta and a very old dried-out orange on shelves, not to mention the dust and grime. c. The outside of the cabinets, outside of the fridge, outside of the oven and the walls were grimy and easily wipe-able with a paper towel. d. The inside of the fridge was cleaned very well, but they may have broken several of the plastic pieces inside, but I can't verify that it was all them, or if they just dislodged all the pieces and didn't put them back... e. They did seem to do a competent job cleaning the windows (but not the slider tracks) f. Laminate floor was cleaned just adequately, but wasn't great. g. Charged $100 more than what was written on the receipt

I came to South City Suds to do a large load of laundry, and while the main objective was…read moreaccomplished, the experience left room for improvement. The space is very tight, but it manages to fit just enough washers and dryers for the crowd. The prices are fair for the area, which is a plus. However, the place has its issues. Some people were sleeping on the benches inside, which made the environment feel less welcoming. The vending machines were broken, and I think the soap dispensers could use an upgrade with better products for the community. There is outdoor seating if you prefer to wait outside, but the wooden benches were starting to split and break, which isn't ideal. The standout feature here is the dryers--they work quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, getting to the washers felt like a bit of a struggle due to the cramped layout. Overall, South City Suds gets the job done, but the location could use a little more care and attention to really stand out among nearby competitors.
