From electrical to roofing, interior and exterior building and heating/cooling systems. He has re-roofed my buildings, Re-sided them, installed windows, found electrical problems and a lot more. Two years ago when I was bidding out a new steam heating system, I found that there was not one heating contractor who could convince me that they knew more about steam heat than Steve. So I hired Steve to install the heating system and it works perfectly - and it is quiet! AND Steve cares about my properties. This week he knew I was turning over that apartment and he called me to make sure that the water didn't get shut off because it might cause me to have a cracked steam boiler and/or a cracked water heater WHO DOES THAT? My whole family tree uses Integrity Plus Builders, they are not the cheapest - but in the long run I have saved many thousands of dollars by using them.

Excessive lippage and insufficient grout were used to do the tile work. He caused more damage by not covering and protecting our carpet from paint and joint compound. He left unpatched holes around the door frame, replaced the piece of a wall with a bulge where he connected the drywall and he left the wall unpainted. The toilet was replaced with one screw and the baseboards were replaced but missing the covers. After speaking to him about the poor quality of work, he agreed to redo the tiling and fix the issues I complained about but behind our backs, he removed the bathroom and shower door, all the bathroom fixtures; light fixtures and shower head, and medicine cabinet and left without us knowing. What he did was outright theft! He has been MIA after angies list tried to contact him for remediation. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. He will show you great photos of previous work he has done but be AWARE. I have displeased with the work and think he was unprofessional. He has yet to return our call, text, or emails.

They charged me 3 hours travel time plus labor to fix what they didn't do properly the first time. As soon as everything was dried out we had to find a contractor to do the rebuild. I ask Servpro Hanover Twp. if they do rebuilds as well and was thrilled when they said they would do it for us. The rebuild team started quickly. The Supervisor of the construction team (BJ) was the best. He kept me updated and helped with the many decisions we had to make. They went above and beyond what any contractor I have dealt with in the past has done. They were very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. This was a VERY OLD home that caused headaches but they handled it with ease. The home is now completed and so beautiful!!
