This year went to put the cover on and can't put one corner on. My husband had to rig it up to hook to the anchor. We also have to put down two heavy blocks to keep that corner down. In my case his poor building practices and multiple write-ups from the local county conservation office resulted in flooding and damages on my property. In the case of a new home he built in 2015, he went back and knocked on the door of a new construction he built a full 3 years prior and had some equipment rip up their yard to install the drainage systems he was supposed to put in originally.
