I have no idea, but the toilet is working fine now. While he was here for the toilet repair I had Mike give me a quote for a water-powered sump-pump backup. I was prepared to pay whatever the cost and have no idea (again) if the $1750 I paid for it was "a good price," but the job is done and the peace of mind I now have is worth the cost of installation. Mike is fast to respond, local, and follows-through on his promises. All the work was done promptly and I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again in the future.

Their response time to my call was immediate and they were out the next morning with an estimate. They were my second estimate so I knew what was involved and I was so impressed with Craig's attitude ,knowledge and the estimate he quoted me that I gave the job to them without hesitation. His team was efficient, polite and considerate of my home and property. Considering all the work involved in installing a trenchless sewer pipe there was minimal damage to my front lawn and both the sewer and water line was completely replaced both inside and out in 3 days. They always made sure I had water and sewer at the end of the work day so I was never totally inconvenienced. I would highly recommend this company for sewer and water line replacement and would certainly use them again for any plumbing needs.
