They will tell you they are going to deliver between 10-11 and then don't show up. My husband called to see where they were at 11:30. "Don" told him they were on their way. At 12:30, no concrete. With me sitting right beside him, my husband again called asking where the concrete was. "Don" daid it had just gotten loaded and would be on its way. 1:30, still no concrete. I called them at 1:30 and asked "Don" where the concrete was. I identified myself and told him my husband had talked to him earlier. He STRAIGHT UP LIED and said he hadn't talked to my husband at all today!!!! Then he proceeded to tell yet another LIE (LIE #4) and said it was just loaded and was somewhere between Poca and Milton. Then he told another LIE & said he had no way of knowing exactly where it was at because he had no way of getting in touch with the driver. So, we waited.... At 3:30, still no concrete, I had to send my workers home WITH FULL PAY because there is no way they could have the concrete poured and worked before dark. My husband called and cancelled the order and "Don" tried to tell him he couldn't cancel the order. My husband told him in no uncertain terms he WAS canceling the order. Then "Don" said, "You can't cancel the order because the driver is gone with your load and I have no way of getting in touch with him. LIE! My husband just told him that's fine when the driver got here, he will would just turn him around and send him right back to the plant. So, guess what? It's now 5PM and the truck never did show up! So you had no way of getting in touch with your driver Don? So why didn't he ever show up at my house? LIES ARE NOT TOO GOOD FOR BUSINESS DON. One day soon you will no longer have any customers to lie to because you've already lied to them all and they've taken their business elsewhere.

We got all of our windows from them 22 years ago and they were great. I don't know what's happened to this local company, but it's a shame. I'm going to use Lowe's or Home Depot from now on.

I called up Alford days after my install because I had water coming up through the valve they installed on the system. To say the least, I was stressed about it. Alford sent over a young man named Jason Berry to check it out and he very quickly determined that some gravel around the valve was blocking the flow of water. He cleared out the gravel and then tested the system with my garden hose and water started immediately flowing into my sump pit! Problem solved! Stress over! Thank you Jason for a job well done!

I was quoted a couple of packages in the $28-$31k range, was offered a $3k discount if I signed that day. I was not going to do that. I mentioned other issues that were contributing factors and mentioned multiple stages. He mentioned fees for multiple visits; he wasn't sure He left after telling me that I would hear from the Account Manager soon. I then began addressing the main cause of the issues in the crawlspace - the gutters. I did also get another quote on the first part of the job - the cleanup - and contracted for that based on $$. At various times I received form E-Mails from my Account Manager asking if I was ready to get started on my project. So, on April 22nd, I responded to one of the E-Mails. I outlined what was being done on my project, the timeline, what still needed to be done, and offered them the opportunity to quote on what was left. I got crickets; no response. Today I got the same form E-Mail. I am going to unsubscribe. (And yes, I could have called, but I don't do phone well.) I suspect the work would have been top notch, but this left me - personally - feeling like no one cared about my house and it's REAL issues. Patty from Witcher Creek came highly recommended, so we set up an appointment with her. Patty arrived early, and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She explained how everything would work, and made us feel at ease. She emphasized that all that we needed to do was to make sure we had everything we wanted to keep out of the house. She said her team would get everything ready for the sale and clean up afterwards. We felt extremely comfortable with her, and she answered all of our questions. When it came time for the sale, Patty did all the advertising on her Facebook page and website. She set everything up so well that it looked like a store! We were amazed at how good all of our family's old stuff looked. At the end of the weekend of the sale, Patty sent us pictures of the empty house. It was clear that they had wiped down the counters and vacuumed. She sold most things, and the things that didn't sell, she sold at a reduced price to a local thrift shop. Less than a week after the sale, we have our house key back and our check in the bank. Having an estate sale can be difficult, since it often comes with a lot of emotions and unknowns. Patty made us feel very comfortable, and took a ton of stress out of the situation. If you're in the area and looking to have an estate sale, downsizing sale, or anything like that, I would totally recommend Witcher Creek Vintage.

It was an emotional situation as I had recently lost both parents and was facing the sale of my childhood home. I was lucky to have Patty and her team of angels walk me through the process with great compassion. I was managing things from out of state and Patty kept me updated along the way. They worked evenings to price items and stage the home while juggling a tedious schedule. They presented the home and sale items for optimum show...and sold everything in the house a day ahead of schedule! Our home is in a small cul-de-sac and the Witcher Creek staff kept the neighbors informed and even directed the traffic flow to keep the street from being overloaded with parked cars. Above and beyond the contracted work was the kindhearted spirit of the team. They made an emotional chore seem simple at a time when everything in my life seemed hard! At the close of the sale they took care to clean the house and have it move-in-ready for the new owners. I am pleased with every aspect of Witcher Creek's service.
