My family worked with Witcher Creek Vintage for an estate sale. We had very little idea of what to expect, since we'd never had an estate sale before. Patty from Witcher Creek came highly recommended, so we set up an appointment with her.
Patty arrived early, and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She explained how everything would work, and made us feel at ease. She emphasized that all that we needed to do was to make sure we had everything we wanted to keep out of the house. She said her team would get everything ready for the sale and clean up afterwards. We felt extremely comfortable with her, and she answered all of our questions.
When it came time for the sale, Patty did all the advertising on her Facebook page and website. She set everything up so well that it looked like a store! We were amazed at how good all of our family's old stuff looked.
At the end of the weekend of the sale, Patty sent us pictures of the empty house. It was clear that they had wiped down the counters and vacuumed. She sold most things, and the things that didn't sell, she sold at a reduced price to a local thrift shop. Less than a week after the sale, we have our house key back and our check in the bank.
Having an estate sale can be difficult, since it often comes with a lot of emotions and unknowns. Patty made us feel very comfortable, and took a ton of stress out of the situation.
