What began as the overwhelming loss of two parents in 2024, suddenly became a clearer path forward when Rita quickly answered my request for help. Unfortunately, after the sale was completed, communication dropped to delays in returning phone calls. When the last sale detail was finalized, I posed the question about when we should see the proceeds. We were told that the check was in the mail. I have been waiting for another week and a half with no response to our emails, text messages or phone calls. I think we have been taken. We have not seen a nickel from our sale. I am just sick.
