I had a breakdown out of town that cost $750.00 to repair for the work they did 6 months earlier. John did refund $350.00. I also had them do the brakes on my pick up in February, now when I when to change to my summer tires, the studs had been over torqued and under torqued. They said it was the fault of the OEM nuts (which I know is a problem), but yesterday I had them replace all the nuts (which I paid for), today I was going to which to my summer tires, again some of the nuts are over torqued and others are under torqued. I broke the tools I have used for years to change tires trying to loosen the nuts. NOT GOOD!!

The Honda dealership service dept. told me my front brakes had to be totally replaced because the rotors couldn't be machined. They also informed me I had a serious leaking issue on my front crankshaft seal. Peter was able to inspect my vehicle and properly assess the situation. My front brakes were able to be machined and he did them, which saved me money than replacing the whole system. The crankshaft only had a moisture issue (apparently a common thing among Honda's). The crankshaft seal didn't have to be replaced after all. 5-Stars!!

I finally took it back to Volkswagen dealer where the alignment was performed PROPERLY and my car has never run better.
