Before the gentleman pulls my vehicle inside he says, "just so you know, your probably gonna need new cam bolts for us to do the alignment". Ok.... How can he tell that from looking at the front bumper? I leave my car there wait for the call when its finished. An hour later I get the call, I need all new camber bolts. $160 total added to the bill. Yes, I authorized it since I knew it needed the Alignment, but felt odd since what he said earlier. Jobs done and I go to pick it up. Now I gotta run my credit card through 2 transactions... And each transaction is with a 3% surcharge for cards. But the bill was written up on one invoice, not two. Figured the alignment shop and tire shop are separate businesses or something. I asked about the bolts and he says "yeah, they were bad" but didn't offer to show me the originals. Ok, no worries. I've been to this shop in the past when the older gentleman ran it, and probably will return in the future since I support small businesses, but the pre-emptive cam bolt calling out, plus 2 CC transactions at 3% each seemed a little off.

For management's reference specificly, he was not wearing anything that identified him as an employee. His appearance was not the issue. His attitude and the way he handled my appointment were the issue. Between this description, the appointment time, and my service records, management will know exactly who I am referring to. There was no professional introduction, and the interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional from the beginning. He seemed embarrassed that I was there waiting before he arrived, and it felt like his ego took over from that point forward. When he pulled up my appointment, nearly everything written in the notes was incorrect. By the end of the visit, he presented me with an estimate for more than $800 in supposed repairs. The amount seemed outrageous, and the entire situation made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I declined the work, asked for my keys back, and paid more than $100 for the oil change they had already completed. I immediately drove across the street to SM Tire and asked them to inspect everything Big Brand Tire claimed was wrong. They checked my vehicle and after a multipoint inspection everything was fine. They rotated my tires, treated me with respect, and handled me like a valued customer. The difference between these two businesses was unbelievable. I left Big Brand Tire feeling frustrated, disrespected, and pressured into repairs I did not need. I left SM Tire feeling respected and confident that I had received an honest assessment. SM Tire was quick, responsible, honest, and reliable. They have earned my trust and all of my future business. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and questionable repair estimates. Skip Big Brand Tire and go somewhere that respects its customers and earns their trust.

They were patient, helpful, and didn't even make fun of any of my very dumb questions! They kept me updated throughout our trailer's stay, which I really appreciated. When we were finally able to pick it up, they took the time to walk us through a few simple items and made sure we understood everything. After we got the trailer home, we did have one issue with the barn door coming off its track. I contacted them, and they immediately offered several options -- either bring it back at our convenience so they could fix it or receive a refund for that portion of the work. We really appreciate a company that stands behind its work and makes things right when there's an issue. I was in a hurry so I came back for them later. Also, I got some used tires here and they had some good ones. They let me in to the back to go see them and examine them. I said looks good to me! They got to work on my truck right away. After they inflated them, they dunked them in water to look for leaks. None. Nice! As the guy was working on installing them, he pointed out a better solution for lug nuts than what I had and made a recommendation. He didn't have to, but he did. He saved me from a big problem in the future! They also used a torque wrench to tighten. In total, it was maybe 30 minutes! All-included price for everything was fair. Credit cards accepted. Awesome service! I am very very happy and they are now my #1 go-to tire shop.

Ruiz was going to do it for $4,800 but I asked them to install 2 shift kits. With the shit kits it came to $5,500 out the door programming and all. It's only been a couple of weeks and a few hundred miles but so far my "new" transmission is great! I hope I never need them but if I have a transmission issue, I'll be back for sure.

They recommended a great coffee shop where we could wait, and one of the guys worked through his lunch to get us back on the road. All the guys were kind, honest, and the work was fairly price and completed in less than three hours. Highly recommend them whether you are local or passing through and a problem arises unexpectedly. Spacious interior , not busy at all inside , however the front desk was getting lots of calls. Which is good ! They started on my car right away. The value is competitive among other tire shops , but I would rather support a local company than a bigger chain. I am writing this as tire's are being worked on now and will complete once I see how it is upon driving and paying for the service. There is 2 locations of this place and I feel like this one gets slept on , try this place out if you're looking for new tires to be changed
