I was in a hurry so I came back for them later. Also, I got some used tires here and they had some good ones. They let me in to the back to go see them and examine them. I said looks good to me! They got to work on my truck right away. After they inflated them, they dunked them in water to look for leaks. None. Nice! As the guy was working on installing them, he pointed out a better solution for lug nuts than what I had and made a recommendation. He didn't have to, but he did. He saved me from a big problem in the future! They also used a torque wrench to tighten. In total, it was maybe 30 minutes! All-included price for everything was fair. Credit cards accepted. Awesome service! I am very very happy and they are now my #1 go-to tire shop.

For management's reference specificly, he was not wearing anything that identified him as an employee. His appearance was not the issue. His attitude and the way he handled my appointment were the issue. Between this description, the appointment time, and my service records, management will know exactly who I am referring to. There was no professional introduction, and the interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional from the beginning. He seemed embarrassed that I was there waiting before he arrived, and it felt like his ego took over from that point forward. When he pulled up my appointment, nearly everything written in the notes was incorrect. By the end of the visit, he presented me with an estimate for more than $800 in supposed repairs. The amount seemed outrageous, and the entire situation made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I declined the work, asked for my keys back, and paid more than $100 for the oil change they had already completed. I immediately drove across the street to SM Tire and asked them to inspect everything Big Brand Tire claimed was wrong. They checked my vehicle and after a multipoint inspection everything was fine. They rotated my tires, treated me with respect, and handled me like a valued customer. The difference between these two businesses was unbelievable. I left Big Brand Tire feeling frustrated, disrespected, and pressured into repairs I did not need. I left SM Tire feeling respected and confident that I had received an honest assessment. SM Tire was quick, responsible, honest, and reliable. They have earned my trust and all of my future business. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and questionable repair estimates. I went to West Coast Tires and Autocenter as they had a Groupon for an oil change (both conventional and synthetic). My car takes full synthetic so it was perfect as Full Synthetic can become expensive. There was no one here when I arrived after work so I was expecting to be in and out of an oil change in a reasonable about of time. They said it would take 20-30 minutes. However, it ended up taking about 45 minutes. It was my fault for bringing a book or something to do. But, I would suggest that West Coast either provide public WiFi or some other magazines other than just car magazines. I was very confused as well because my car alarm went off at least 3 times while they were doing the oil change. But, turns out that he was just trying to reset the oil change light which I have found on my car can be a little tricky. I only mention this not to question them but to show them that they are very happy and honest to answer any questions you have about what went on during the service. It was nice of Diego to show me how to check the oil stick. Every time I had tried to pull it out it wouldn't budge. Turns out it was just a simple press down with one hand while the other is pulling out. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and told me that his shop does all services besides Smog. Even though I didn't purchase my tires from them, they initially offered to repair the tire at no charge. I was honestly surprised by that level of customer service. During the inspection, they discovered my locking wheel key was missing. Instead of sending me away, the team went the extra mile and was kind enough to borrow a compatible key from another customer's vehicle so they could remove my wheel. I truly appreciated the extra effort they made to help me. After inspecting the tire, they found two punctures side by side, making it unsafe to repair. They quickly located a matching pair of replacement tires, had them delivered the very next day, and installed them promptly. From start to finish, Stephen and everyone in the service shop were professional, friendly, honest, and efficient. They clearly explained why the tire couldn't be patched and never made me feel pressured. It's refreshing to find a business that genuinely puts safety and customer service first.
