The store is on the smaller side, however the way this company works is that you look through catalogues and choose things you like, and the owner gives you the prices and which pieces are currently in stock. They can also answer questions you have about the quality of the pieces and they are very honest! We bookmarked a few pieces and we ended up choosing the higher end brand because they said it would be the best quality and that it was currently in stock so no wait time, which is rare currently since most furniture is on backorder (which they did warn us about). I was very nervous about ordering from a catalogue when I have never seen the table and chairs in person-but let me tell you, we were thrilled when we got our new pieces! They delivered exactly when they said they would-the delivery guys were so fast and friendly. The table is such good quality-solid wood table and the chairs are very comfortable. Thank you so much! I still don't understand where the wonderful customer service I received during the phone calls went. The "boss" does Not stand behind his website price or his employees mistakes. I Was a repeat…read morecustomer. I called the store and gave an employee the measurements to the size bed I needed. I was told it was a queen. So I went on their website and tapped on queen mattress set, saw the price, and went to go by the mattress. I was told the website was an error and that it would be $100 more. Needing the bed, I had to go and pay the $100 more. The boss would not honor what it had shown of why I drove there to purchase it. When the bed showed up although my dimensions were correct, it did not fit. So I had to go down to a full size. When I called to let them know I was given misinformation and that this bed needed to be picked up and replaced for a smaller size, that I should have been told originally the correct size, which is why I called first, in the first place,, I was told I had to pay the $50 redelivery fee​. I will Never go back and deal with this misrepresentation or be gouged for money by this place anymore, and I will be calling the friends I referred to this place to tell them not to go there if they have not already and hope that they did not have to go through what I did if they have been there already because I referred them to a place like this.
