We weren't able to lock the door from the inside and we were having a hard time locking and unlocking the door(we would have to wiggle the door like crazy). Beware the false advertising! We called the business based on their website rates ($19.99 service call and "from $29,99 for business unlocking service). You would think, "ok not a big job and like most business price is probably going to be a little high" First of all, the guy does not arrive until almost an hour later, and took him just 5 minutes to unlock the door. Then he presents us with a bill of.....$341.00!!! When we inquired, he could not even talk to us, he put his "supervisor" on the phone, and a guy makes up this ridiculous case of "cost is based on type of lock and labor, etc etc. then he proceeds to lower the price to $200, but that was still ridiculous. And they could not even give us a valid reason; even the customer service lady's first question was "Well, didn't the guys give you a quote?". When we told her he did not, she changed the subject and said she would have her supervisor on the phone. After 10 minutes of being on hold a guys starts to mumble all over again about how it depends on type of lock. We explained to him that it was a simple case of unlocking the door; it was so simply it took the employee just 5 minutes to open the door. Then he tried to give as an "extra 10%" and would not explain how the rates went from $29.99 to $49.99! Of course he kept giving us the runaround avoiding a direct answer to a simple question and not explaining why we were never given a quote ahead of time seeing what they were dealing with (simple commercial lock; nothing fancy!). Finally we just paid the bill and promised not to recommend their business to anyone. Just BEWARE of their practices and do not trust their prices; we learned the hard way and probably should have insisted on a quote as soon as the person arrived, but he went straight to work without saying a thing. It is ok though; they made some good money for a simple job, but I am sure with the kind of dishonest advertisement they have, karma always has a way of paying you back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I called Ninja lock because I had just evicted a tenant that was staying at my property. When me and Chris got to the building in the morning We saw that the previous tenant had gone out of his way to superglue all the locks closed, leaving Chris with the task of having to saw the bolts open. I found ninja locks through yelp. I lost my car keys on the forth of July an had a panic attack. I called three different locksmiths in riverside and they were all priced super high. I called the dealership and they were even higher. I called ninja locks and Chris called me right back and quoted me at a price that was $80 cheaper then his lowest priced competitor. Chris was AWESOME!!!! Its really difficult nowadays to get truly good service AND quality. Chris offers both! My door latch was stuck in the door and I couldn't figure out how to get it out. Chris not only figured it out quickly, he gave me some pointers on my dead bolt and even drilled a deeper hole to house the bolt to make the door more secure.
