Ning saved me. I was planning a proposal in Newport Beach and I'd only been there once before (it was the first time my girlfriend and I went away together a few years ago). I was very concerned about avoiding large crowds while proposing on the beach. Ning was effectively a management consultant who also happened to be an expert photographer. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me going through beach options, timing and offered a lot of first-hand experience that helped me figure out the exact location and time of where the proposal would happen. During the proposal itself, he was exactly where he said he'd be and he shot about 2,200+ photos in 2 hours. I never felt rushed and he also suggested some excellent shots after the deed was done. Afterwards, he was very communicative about when and where I'd receive photos. I got them 24 hours later and he even made two separate albums which made the review process much, much easier. I cannot recommend him enough; obviously I used him for personal reasons but I'd use him professionally too (e.g. if my company had an event, etc.). He is responsive, quick thinking, logical and ultimately the best at what he does. Ning has been our photographer for a few years now. He came recommended from a friend, and after having several photo shoots with him over the years, I can tell the quality difference in style, lighting, posing and composition when I compare our photos from past photographers. We first used him for a maternity shoot when I was pregnant with our first child, and have used him ever since for every other event (namely holiday/family photos, pregnancy announcements and another upcoming maternity shoot for baby #2!) I'm a bit stiff in front of the camera, but Ning has always been patient and has taken his time with us. It's an added bonus that he has enough attention to detail where he makes sure I don't end up with a weird double chin in any of my photos either, lol. Anyway, when I don't have any specific ideas in mind for photoshoot locations, Ning has helped come up with some creative and beautiful places to shoot. Ning Wong is the SWEETEST person EVER!!! Long story short...my daughter was shot during the Vegas Massacre, where her now husband saved her life, and when Ning heard their story through the photographer we had hired, he offered to be their videographer for free as a gift. Not only is his heart gold, but his talent is AMAZING!!! He and his crew were professional and so much fun!!! I only have one child and I knew photos were a must, but once I saw his work and what he captured, it is a must to have him as a videographer!!! We have only seen a teaser, but it looks like a trailer from a movie, that's how amazing and professional it looks, not to mention the perfect music he put with it!!! I don't think spending time in this review telling you how amazingly talented he is will add as much as telling you about the amazing experience he creates in front of his lens.
