A great Neapolitan pizza place in Regensburg. The specialty is indeed pizza and wine. The name is derived from their pizza oven' temperature: 905 degrees Fahrenheit. They use a mushroom mix of oyster, shiitake, and button (champignon) mushrooms and a gremolata on the burrata appetizer. Other antipasti include a salumi plate and bruschetta. They have other small plates which can be ordered to share or combined for a main.
The pizzas are innovative and varied. Some with red sauce, some without. They even have some desserts which remind me of some good ones in California.
