I have to make a point of shutting down the other review, which frankly, isn't a review at all. On that note... I came here with my boyfriend and his best friend on a Friday night in July. No line at the front but they did check ID. It's not a huge place and its not super fancy. Frankly, I have yet to hear of a strip club that would be considered fancy. Our friend is the DJ here, so that added a fun element to the night. We beelined to the bar first thing and got a drink - I'm not a beer drinker so I had vodka-crans all night and they definitely did not skimp on the alcohol in my drinks. I couldn't tell you how much a round (two beers and a vodka cran) was because I didn't pay for anything but I think with tip, it was probably about $20 a round. It was fairly busy and got progressively busier as the hours passed. Since it was a Friday, the clientele was fairly broad, including a lot of younger folks like us and some older folks too. A decent amount of girl spectators in the place, like myself, which was nice to see. We stayed til close and it was quite busy, even then. We sat in pervs row for the entire night - the stage isn't huge but it does the job with two poles. It's more of a wide rectangle, so sitting on the side was the short edge. Not a catwalk style stage as I've seen before. The girls didn't have much room to strut around, but this just meant more pole work in the end, which is fine by me. They had quite a variety of girls on, which was nice to see. There were, of course, a few girls who weren't in as good shape, but they were clearly liked by the crowd. Another nice thing, on the side where we sat, closest to the door, they had an area for "semi private" dances (if you can call it that) with a mirror so everyone else could kind of watch. Definitely liked that; when girls were changing off on the stage, you could simply turn your head to the left and get a bit of a peep show. The womens bathroom was clean, although I wish they would replace the hand towel thing with actual disposable towels (I wiped my hands on my pants). The guys said there was some dude in their bathrom (I'm assuming to make sure theres no funny business? ) but no one in my bathroom. One of the bouncers heard me asking where the womens was and he immediately took me to it - very nice. It was unfortunate that some of the girls didn't wander more, although they may have been busy in the back. The one girl we liked and wanted a dance from never came back after she got off stage. We chatted her up a bit but she never came back to our side of the bar. Perhaps we'll sit on the other side next time and see if its any different. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to the Royal again. I had a great night with my friends, the dancers were good (one was INCREDIBLE on the pole) and the drinks were well poured. I didn't feel uncomfortable here, like my last experience at the rippers, so I'll be back for sure. I'd rate this place a solid 3.5, but bumped it to a four since I had such a good time. Will re-review the next time we go.

The other owner, the original owner, had it open from 11:30 in the morning till 3 o'clock in the morning, so the people the women that work there are. Are losing so much money end? The owner is doing something illegal. When you go to the bar you have to pay. Uh, I think it's $20 cover charge. No, no, sorry $,13 cover charge. And if you wanna have a girl for a lap dance, the grab dances, I believe it's still $20 a dance, but before you get To pay a girl for the dancer for $20 for your first dance, they have to take you to the bar. You have to give everybody has to give the bar $20 for a one time thing. They get $20 there. Then you go, then. You go to the vrp room and the and the and you pay the. Let's say you pay the dancer for one dance and you pay $20, but actually for that one dance, you're actually paid $53. Because you paid 20 for the dancer 20 to the bar and 13 cover charge. And this is against the law and I use my credit card as a cash advance for me from their bar. I asked for a $150 and they charge me 30% plus a $10, a $10 service fee free. For me using the service of them giving me money from my credit card so if it was me. I should make a Google review and have that place close down because of the owner. The owner's gotta get out of there. He doesn't care about the women or his workers. He doesn't care. He only cares about himself and making money, and he says he He says, if if there's not much business during the day, he'll leave it closed all day and open it at 9 o'clock at night. So the women that used to work full-time are losing lots of money. This guy has to get to go, he's gotta someone else has to bite that place and put it the way it was. It used to be the king. They were called the king of um of bars, they were the best part. Now, they are the worst bar in my opinion and I know what i'm talking about.Cause i've been there 48 or nine years, I went there. It was so great until this guy came this new owner and I had dancers.Tell me he's no good.He doesn't care and treats all his employees like crap.So this is my opinion, and I hope they get it.Thank you very much. And have a great day and happy holidays

I've had comments and slurs thrown at me just to be told that unfortunately due to the single men paying as much as they do apparently they're isn't much they can do about it, which pretty much just gives every straight guy the right to call a queer person an f-slur. Not to mention this isn't the only thing that has happened that has made myself or many other of my friends uncomfortable. -100/10 do not go. They shouldn't even be allowed to promote at Toronto pride. Gross. Update: The fact that the club is trying to reverse the story back on the reviewer should be fact enough that they have things to hide. As a Genderfluid person I had attended this club on many times for many different events and ended up making many friends during my time there for the video game nights and the singles nights. During my time there I had a few encounters with some men that I had known from outside the club and was made to feel very uncomfortable by men who would literally say "Thats gross how they let this in here" to us being sexual with each other. When I approached the staff, i was told AND I QUOTE "Unfortunately due to the singles nights catering heavily to single and straight men there isn't much we can do about it" as if they had some form of sympathy towards my situation. As for the comments about MY behaviour? I was thrown out one night due to someone assaulting my friend and me asking questions about it when they wouldn't let me speak to them and the police arrived, which I think anyone would find a problem. When I later asked why the club had banned me after the incident above, they refused ANY response aside from that my behaviour made staff feel "uncomfortable" and refused to tell me any of the behaviour that I had been involved in. Sounds like a lot of deflection if you ask me. P.S: "Happy Pride - See you there" sounds kinda like a threat and I wouldn't endorse any company who threatens reviewers

If anyone goes for the back room, it's definitely not what your going to expect, especially where the best part is watching the dudes get on the stage with a fiver in their mouths to get the stripper to dance on them. I enjoyed my night throughly. My fucking god it was so much god damn fun!!

Please read this review carefully, it will save you from frustrations at the Manor Adult…read moreEntertainment. The reasons for giving the 1 star is due to the following: 1)On Nov 24, 2018, a friend and I decided to go for a lap dance . We both paid $22 each just for entrance into the room. We thought the money was for 1 song just like other strip clubs. They refused to tell us of another separate payment $20 per song. 2) While being entertained. The girls refused to inform us when a music stops so that we know how much we will pay. The music just kept on going for a while, no breaks or pauses. Luckily we interrupted them to know how much so far, they yelled $200 which equals 10 songs. We requested for customer support, the front desk calculated our time of entry and determined we both spent 5 songs so far; this means the dancers lied to steal our hard earned money. We further escalated to the manager due to the dishonesty. 3)The General Manager (Derrick) was completely rude to my friend and I. He continuously threatened to call police without proper understanding of the situation. He showed zero empathy, no remorse, not even an apology. Conclusion: My friend and I were forced to pay $100 for a lap dance instead of our budget for $40. Beware of this place, you have been warned. There are several hidden fees. The lap dancers charge you more than you're supposed to pay, they are fraudulent. The Manager (Derrick) will not respect your opinions. ATM withdrawal fee is $11 in the building. Only one pole in the main stage. Other strip clubs have more than 5 poles. I cannot and will not recommend Manor to any friend who wants to have fun. Once again, beware of this place, you have been warned.

I have been in many other GTA's strip clubs but they have NOT been even CLOSE to Brass Rail and I have always returned there. You will know yourself when you be there. Pros: - You want beautiful dancers and being treated like a gentle(wo)man, Brass Rail is the place. - Almost NOTHING in this club (as far as I know) is determined to cheat you: they are doing their job so good. Cons: - Waitresses are are somehow polite but they are doing their best to sell more and more beers even after spending $40 there. - NOTHING: I just LOVE this place and recommend it to EVERYBODY

Right from the start, the door staff downstairs gave us a hard time and it didn't feel welcoming at all. The crowd didn't look good either. My friends and I went up to UpperBrass expecting at least some VIP treatment since we had to pay $30 at the door. It used to be $20, which was fine if the experience had improved, but unfortunately it felt worse. The bartenders looked inexperienced and distracted, most of them were on their phones, and one wouldn't even make eye contact while talking to us. For the price of admission, we expected much better service. There were hardly any people upstairs, so it was confusing why we even paid to go up. The dancers were aggressive and not like they used to be. Overall, it felt like most of the staff didn't want to be there. The only person who seemed genuinely nice was the doorman upstairs. We tried one of the VIP rooms, but the staff handling the payments seemed unsure about pricing and were more rude than helpful, which threw off the vibe completely. The dancers we had were okay, but it felt like luck more than anything. Some of the dancers mentioned another club called FYE, so we decided to go there after since they serve alcohol until 4am. That ended up being a great experience. They had fire aerial shows, the atmosphere felt upscale, and the service wasn't the best, but everyone was smiling. I would recommend going there instead. Even Filmore's gave better service, and the girls at both FYE and Filmore's actually seemed happy to be working.

Here are my pros and cons. Pros: Really nice looking dancers. Most are 5-7 with a few 8's. They aren't pushy for dances and most can carry on a conversation reasonably well. Right now the "Girls of Summer" are there (Eastern European, Russian, Czech etc) but once the weather turns cool most will disappear. From what I've learned from them they go to Miami, Vegas and LA for the winter. Cons: The place is really small for the amt of customers they get plus it really needs to be remodeled. It looks very dated and dingy. The DJ's choice of music can be repetitive and irritating to listen to (at least to me.) The current DJ is better than the one they had who only played techno music but I still am not crazy about the music selection. Some of the dancers will try to cheat you on the number of songs they dance for you. I always make sure to count the songs but there have been several dancers who claimed they danced more than they did. Overall it's a nice place to spend a Fri or Sat night.
